Mattress Firm Sprague

Just wanted to say that the guy that helped my partner and I look at beds was super helpful and informative. He showed us a few different beds that seemed like they would work for us and even went through the different bed frames as well. We tried financing in the store but for some reason neither one of us got the approval, but we did manage to make it work online shortly after we left. Really appreciate the time and help, we are super happy with our purchase, the bed is amazing!

Right away on arrival, I was greeted by Jeremy, the salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. Told him I preferred to look around on my own and would ask him if I had questions. He agreed and kept up a friendly conversation while we shopped. Once I found what I liked he finished the transaction and scheduled the delivery. It was a very enjoyable, low pressure shopping experience in a clean, well organized store.

My experience was good at this Mattress Firm location. The the sales agent was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. No problems setting up a fairly quick delivery (48hrs) paid, and out the door.

My husband and I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted. Phillip was informative and listened to our needs. He kept us in our price range and was not rush to make a decision.

We were cheerfully greeted as soon as we entered the store. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming in explaining how the beds are made and how all the "bells and whistles" work best for our sleeping needs. He did not in any way try to hurry us to make a choice.
