Taylor Ray’s Cafe at Hawks Prairie

What used to be Juniper is now Taylor Ray's Cafe.
They recently went under a remodel and rebranding from my understanding.
I've never been here before, but I must say, they have good food options I haven't seen before and every flavor for coffee or Red Bull you could think of.
I ordered the T-Rex breakfast sandwich with a s'mores coffee, which was recommended by a barista based off my preferences. I tend to be a bit picky so this was extremely helpful. I must say, I don't normally drink coffee, let alone drink it quickly, but my drink was gone before leaving the cafe. It was also comforting to see the baristas ensuring the flavors were right and not overpowering one another by seeing them check the drink and checked in with other coworkers.
The sandwich was hot and delicious, and the sauce they use too was unique and really good.
Nothing like you'd get from a mass chain coffee place. I also saw many reviews about it being "pre made" but you can tell they're made fresh every morning just but the flavor and looking at it.
The customer service was great and the staff were really friendly and out going. Think this is a great place to pick up any sort of drink you want (including pumpkin flavor year round!). It has a chill environment and seems like a very nice cafe.
Will definitely be returning. (:

Taylor Ray's is a hidden coffee treasure! This Cafe offers a cozy place to meet with friends, or a place to enjoy a treat for yourself alone. The food is great, coffee has a good taste with tons of flavors and combinations! If you're not sure what you'd like the staff is phenomenal! K will be happy to find out what flavors you like and Jo will create a magical drink for you! It's so nice to find a coffee shop off the beaten path that is locally owned and run. Do yourself a favor, stop by and support local!

We had the BLT and Juniper Burrito with some hot drinks. The coffee was better than expected and the sandwiches were really good. The atmosphere is perfect. The location is perfect. You can walk from here, all on sidewalks. The staff were friendly and courteous. The pricing was a little on the steep side, but really no different than any other coffee spot. It was a great treat. We would definitely go back. This place has tons of natural light and parking is plentiful.

Old coffee shop under new ownership by two local sisters since Baby Boomer Bikes moved out. They made a few upgrades since the bike shop moved and there’s now some added space. The coffee is great and service is friendly. Great spot for the community.

Best coffee shop I've been to since moving to Lacey three years ago. I got an iced white mocha and it was so good! Also the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. My ten year old son was raving about the campfire sauce all day! Will definitely be back again. Give this shop a try!

Stellar food for a “coffee shop”. And incredible coffee and spritzer options as well. I got my usual caramel mocha and it was divine. My friend had an iced elderberry/lotus/lavender/vanilla drink and I could’ve sucked the whole thing down. SO GOOD 😍

Best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, bar none. The ambiance is comfortable and the people are incredibly kind. Coffee is great as well, although I personally don't recommend the white coffee. All in all, great experience.

I loved everything about it! Great coffee, fantastic Juniper breakfast burrito; my son raved about the hot chocolate. Relaxing music, warm atmosphere, friendly baristas, quick service, great acoustics. Glad we ventured out of West Olympia to try this place. Will definitely be back.

This place was lovely. Delicious sandwiches and coffee all served by courteous and friendly staff. Great atmosphere too.

We enjoy this stand/café because it is a stand alone that offers a little of everything. They are spendy however, but everything we have ever ordered has been superb. The baristas are friendly and helpful. The dining area is well decorated and inviting. the drive through is efficient, though I do think their menu at the drive through could be redone.

I LOVE this coffee shop. The baristas have very positive attitudes. The food is by far the best I’ve ever tasted in town, I always get their sausage brioche breakfast sandwich and the new smoked pulled pork sandwich. I definitely recommend to everyone. Very kid friendly. Also they appreciate my dog too and always give him a treat.

Juniper coffee is spacious, you can go in and drink coffee. You can eat as well as enjoy your coffee, I do believe their menu contains a variety of snacks and items for a nice brunch! Their coffee is the best though if you have a severe allergy to peanut butter be careful as they do have real peanut butter. I love to have my 24oz white chocolate peanut butter blended it has 4 shots of coffee. Unfortunately, if you are sensitive to caffeine people might think your are on drugs, as I talk a mile a minute my pupils swallow the brown of my eyes and I become shakey I also drive in what I've been told is a very herky-jerky manner if that means I brake at the last minute and slam on the gas than I can say that resembles my behavior .

We love our neighborhood coffee shop. The staff is always so pleasant and the coffee/food keeps us coming back for more. Seriously the breakfast sandwiches are the best. Their drive thru is pedestrian friendly, which we really enjoy since we usually stop by when we’re walking our dogs. They also give our pups yummy treats!

This is the best tasting coffee spot in the Lacey/Olympia area. Plus, service is on point and they are pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Juniper is so much more than a coffee shop: they offer delicious drinks and food options in a welcoming environment. I have never had a negative experience here and love trying new drinks and food options every time I go. Their couscous salad is delicious and white coffee drinks are incredible. I have felt incredibly welcomed here and have great experiences and conversations with all of their baristas. The shop itself is accessible being in the middle of the parking lot and their drive thru is convenient. Definitely try this place!

My husband and I dive from Tumwater every weekend just to come here. Really good coffee, very creative and delicious food. My husband loves the green eggs and ham. I try to get something new each time but my favorite is the veggie! Thank you for being amazing!

I absolutely LOVE Juniper. Their coffee is unfailingly delicious, as is everything else we have tried so far. I recommend the chicken salad on a croissant; even when I just stop by for a drink I have a hard time leaving without one. I’m so happy to see them doing steady business at this uncertain time; the shop is fast becoming a local treasure and I’m so happy to have them in my neighborhood.

I had the Juniper Burrito and a drink that the barista recommended. I don’t remember what it was called but it was amazing. Great atmosphere and a super friendly staff!!
