Customer service here is always good. All the employees always seem happy and they are happy to help you. We always get our dog's food here which is not available at many other stores. They have a huge variety of treats and products to choose from. It has a very homey atmosphere you feel welcome every time. They also have yummy free popcorn which is one of my daughter's favorite things to get when we go. My dog loves to go in the little critters room and so does my daughter. I do miss when they had the little aquarium store but that was before they remodeled and before they were under new ownership.

Great selection of pet foods and products, friendly & helpful employees.
And they have Cats at the Studios Rescue showing lovely kittens and sweet cats in need of loving homes at Adoption Event on Saturdays in Westlake!

Love this store & reasonable prices on natural remedies. The people whom work here are very knowledgeable on lots of areas besides food. I am bummed that they no longer due nail trimming. But over all fantastic store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Thanks for all the help in getting my little one started with his turtle 🐢 "SHELDON" is a great addition to our family.

Always a good experience. They are very limited in what they carry for fish and aquariums . But they have everything dog and cat. They also carry stuff for , ducks and other small furry animals

Theresa's employees are great. They are always helpful. They get the heavy bags of dog food and then put it in my car for me.

Love how they have a regular pet grooming person to clip your birds nails. Very courteous people there but you really need to call ahead and then meet them at the glass window room in the back. These people work hard be sure to give them a tip!!

We got our beardie here! Donut is happy and thriving! Been 24 hours and have had no problems getting Donut to let me pet it or hand feed.

The people that work here seem very kind and full of good information on products. I’m a great fan of Sue. She has been wonderful in helping me with my puppy n other dogs I have, plus, of course, the great information she might offer. Always a happy greeting when arriving and a happy place to shop.
