AT&T Store

Tyler was a great help for my situation. I came in needing to get off of a plan to join a new one. Tyler took extra efforts to ensure I got the best plan for myself, while also giving helpful insight for future purchases through AT&T. I was more than pleased with the entire experience. Apart from Tyler's professionalism, he was very personable and funny. Great environment for a Monday morning! :) Thank you!!!!

I called in advance, to the smokey point location, to let them know I was coming in. They helpfully explained that they were all assisting other customers and if I came in in about 20 minutes, they would be more available for me. When I got there, they immediately recognized my voice from over the phone and took care of my issue. It took a little longer than expected on the computers end but they were very accommodating in the meantime and they didn't give up. The whole situation was a little stressful as to be expected but they made the best out of it and I was actually very comfortable and felt welcome and obligated to revisit this location. A big thank you to Tyler (The employee who helped me while I was there, he matched me and my brothers personalities well and helped us feel at ease)

I went to this store around 4:30PM, 1/8/24. The first young man is not good. I just wanted to reactive the text feature again. But he said my plan can’t have that feature. He is leak of knowledge about ATT products. I had that feature before.
Then I waited for other clerk to help me since I am 100% sure my plan has that feature. The second man are great. He is very knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.

Tyler was amazing! Went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated the amount of information he shared as we felt like we were able to make an educated decision about our purchase! Definitely did NOT feel like a salesman! Thanks Tyler!

Amanda was amazing!!! She was also great and multitasking, but at the same time, giving each customer her full attention. That woman's deserves a raise!! I came in for a few reasons and she was very knowledgeable and when I can back if after receiving an approval, she took the time with me then as well!

Although the two reps were busy with customers, they both worked as a team to welcome us, let us know they'd be with us as soon as they were done with the customers they were with, they were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Make for a quick, seamless experience.

My wife and I went to purchase a sim card for our RV's Winegard system yesterday and the young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable on both the products and services. She was amazing and had great customer service skills. Her name was hard to pronounce but began with an "A." She gets an A+.

Elizabeth was super helpful! Took her time explaining everything. Helped us switch from a different carrier and get a new phone. Recommend coming here.

I came in to trade in my iphone for a samsung and the employee Aris at the Smokey Point location was absolutely FANTASTIC. He immediately got with us to start helping/the transaction and even dealt with my circus of a family (including two toddlers) incredibly professionally and with respect and consideration the entire time we were in the store. Aris helped me get the phone i wanted all set up with no issues and we were in and out of the store in less than an hour. Recommend!

I came in to pay my bill and boy was I happy to have been helped by Elizabeth. I was paying way too much and she helped explain and update my plan to a cheaper and better plan. Can’t recommend this store and these people enough!

Somehow I got lucky enough to run into the district manager of the area! Ryan helped me out and made my day so much better. He explained everything so well and really helped me understand the ins and outs of my family plan. What a pleasure!

Never go to Costco. They could only sell me something. Couldn't help with my tech issues. Elizabeth and Luis figured out my problems that they let me deal with for months now.

I visited this store pretty unhappy with how much I was paying every month. I worked with Jake, he was very friendly and even got me set up with a work discount I didn't even know I had! Amazing service, highly recommend.

Came in to pay my bill and the manager Elizabeth took a few minutes to review my account and was able to save me money with adding a line for my kiddo with a great discount on a new phone! Couldn't be happier!

Jair was amazing at helping us switch from Our old Carrier Verizon to AT&T!!:) So knowledgeable and kind at showing us and helping us switch our phones over. I got such helpful information and service from Jake. I’m in my 70’s and was having issues with my iPhone 10& my tablet trying to get WiFi & cellular data to work. Jake figured out the problems and fixed them. He let me know what to do to avoid these issues. WHEW❣❣❣I’m not very techie & get easily frustrated with technology- it was great to get friendly & positive support❣❣❣I’m all about gratitude.

Been in 3 times in the last few weeks to ask them to help with changing phones and accounts. Ryan and Zach assisted us. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I have had trouble finding a good ATT store for the past few years. Its so nice to have a place I can go to knowing they will help me out. Thank you.
