Great place around the area for breakfast and lunch. Offers wide menu on typical American cuisine. Ordered omlette breakfast combo (the pancakes were delicious) and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were very welcoming, polite and quick. Seemed like they often get many locals to have their breakfast and hangout. Definitely recommend this place if you are around.

We enjoyed breakfast at David’s! We had several people order the standard breakfast with eggs, pancakes, toast, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and one person ordered the oatmeal and fruit. Everything very good! I really enjoyed the very fresh and light hash browns. The best hash browns I have had, not greasy like most restaurants.

Restaurant clean and friendly. Prices affordable. I am guessing this is a local favorite. It was busy, but we did not have to wait. We recommend David’s!

EASILY one my my favorite breakfast/lunch spots. Breakfast was incredible and the hot open turkey brought me to tears it was so good. Hidden gem. Staff was also wonderful.

You know a place is good when there is a crowd waiting at the entrance for a seat! Just put your name in the board and wait or if they are open, grab a seat at the counter like we did. Look at the specials on the board before you order because you might see something you like! Whatever you order, be sure to ask for at least one, or two, or maybe three pancakes. They are delicious! My brother went with chicken fried steak drenched in sausage gravy accompanied by crispy hash browns, two fried eggs and sourdough toasts. His plate was wiped clean! Needless to say he loved it and wants to go back already. I went with with the Wester Omelette consisting of green peppers, onion and ham accompanied by sautéed vegetable and a buttermilk pancake which was delicious! I forgot to order hash browns which I love. You can also choose fresh fruit or toast. The coffee was good and the company was great! We chatted with several of the local folks and were treated like family by the folks that run this delightful restaurant!

This place is incredible. Come for breakfast and order the biscuits and gravy.

I've spent most of my adult life in larger cities. This small restaurant is so wonderful because of the delicious home cooking and the family-like atmosphere. The chairs and decor make you feel like you're eating in your mother's home. While we ate, we noticed the servers hugging half of all the customers as they enjoyed their meals. Small towns are full of love and these biscuits and gravy are among the top 3 best gravies I've ever had in my entire life. DANG good gravy. Order it. Enjoy.

Very nice family friendly place to eat. Price/Quality ratio is great. Very kind owner amd Staff welcoming you! We went there while there was a power outage in the whole village. They did a great job still to serve a breakfast regarding the outage. They are creative. Play area for the kids.
We will go there tomorrow again!

Outstanding food, drinks, and service at David's Restaurant. Fast service, friendly staff, and very tasty meals are served here. Affordable prices, and plenty of parking. You won't be disappointed.

Full points on all accounts. The staff are. . . happy!! That says a lot.. The steak and eggs was fast, big, high-quality and cooked to perfection. Their French Roast is very authentic: bold, assertive and just a little bitter!
Kudos on the "multi-thing" restrooms and waiting area.
I'm SO glad Danny's was late opening so I found this place.

A hidden gem with large country-kitchen tables, fresh-cut, home-garden flowers (this time — hydrangeas and intensely-fragrant roses), and en pointe, kind staff!! The breakfast was wonderful—delicious French toast, generous and delicious sausage gravy on great biscuits, perfectly crunchy hash browns, awesome country potatoes, an amazing egg sandwich on Texas toast (eggs, cheese, bacon), and a large bowl of wonderful fruit. The coffee was good, the service—Excellent!!! Hours are from 6 am to 2 pm ... breakfast, brunch, and lunch are served here.

Couldn’t ask for more. Nice breakfast spot. The huevos rancheros was a hearty portion. Come hungry.

First time eating here with my wife and we ordered the following; NY Steak n Eggs w/potatoes, Chicken fried steak n eggs w/hash browns and French toast.

Steak was cooked perfectly and was really tender. Potatoes had really good seasoning and eggs are tasty.

Chicken fried steak was the BEST I EVER HAD! The gravy used was so good that I had to tell our waitress as I don’t normally ever do. Hash browns and eggs also tasty. Try the gravy!!

French toast was well balanced and who doesn’t love French toast lol.

Overall rating was absolutely amazing and will definitely come here again when ever we visit Fort Bragg again.

The name has Deli in it so I didn't know what to expect. Well this is no deli. The breakfast is excellent. I had eggs Benedict, my wife the country fried steak. Both were so good. The owner out there on the floor working with her most excellent staff. Folks this is a bunch of hard working people who are very good at their jobs. Fast, friendly people. Amazing food. Will make it by everytime I'm in Fort Bragg. Well done!

THE Local’s joint — fishermen, families, retirees — come here for breakfast & brunch. Waitstaff is attentive, especially to coffee addicts (like me 😉).

Plenty of parking in the Boatyard lot, even for RVs. Tons of electric-car charging spots as well.

Great spot for breakfast. The food was delicious and they don't cheat you on the serving either. The girls working there were as sweet as could be. One of the best customer service I have experienced at a restaurant. I had the eggs Benedict which were light and silky, hollandaise was great and hashbrowns cooked to perfection.

David's serves a great sample town diner style breakfast. I had eggs and hashbrowns, both cooked the way I asked and were delicious! Wonderful service.

We walked into this crowded restaurant thinking we were going to be waiting 20-30 mins for a table, we were greeted by an energetic smiling lady who seemed genuinely happy to see us. She started walking us to a table and then saw some people getting up from the corner of her eye and said "if you want to wait a minute, that table is roomier and will be quick to clean off." It was a nice big table! The service was amazing, we were in and out in 40 mins. The prices are good, the food was very good. They have local art for sale on their walls. We bought this cool abalone fish. Overall we loved the experience and will visit again next time we are in town.

Wonderful service, friendly to humans and dogs alike! Appreciated that the staff all were wearing masks properly, and that we were welcome to bring our dog and sit at their outdoor tables (staff often asked if they could share a piece of “doggy bacon” with our pup).

Great selection of breakfast and lunch options, one of my favorites was their fajitas (pictured) as the avocado was fresh every time we went! The over easy eggs were a bit on the underdone side (some of the white was runny) but didn’t mind as it always meant a runny yolk. Staff was also great about refilling water and coffee frequently.

Hope we can visit again soon!

Stopped in for breakfast while we were in Fort Bragg. We were immediately greeted by the friendly and efficient staff. I had the chicken fried steak which was great with a nice crispy coating. It was covered in a gravy that would have made even cardboard a treat. I will certainly go back when I'm in the area again.
