Parkway Grill

This is a romantic restaurant with perfect lighting! Bread basket is sensational. Beet salad and bibb salad were generous and delicious. Seabass and branzino were perfect. Service was exceptional and the took food allergies VERY serious!

Had a solid night of food & drinks with awesome people. This spot elevated our experience and can’t wait to go back again.

I’ve been here before and had their steaks in the past, but for today I had their Branzino, Caesar salad, bacon wrapped scallop, garlic cheese bread, and two other desserts that I forgot the name of along with a small coffee. The Branzino was definitely super delicious, but had little tiny bones so be aware. The garlic cheese bread is addicting and the bacon wrapped scallops were excellent. The salad was a great starter and the coffee with deserts were phenomenal! Overall the dining experience was amazing and my group of 10+ ate more family style and forgot some of the other dishes I had.

I highly recommend this spot and just be aware that parking is limited. Valet is available also.

The food was exquisitely delicious Mary's chicken with figs, mashed potatoes with or without goat cheese exceedingly tasty and the lava cake dessert was decadent!!!

Top notch dining experience! Lamb chops were fantastic! Service was professional and attentive. They had a birthday card ready and waiting for my dad. OUTSTANDING!

Our first time going to this restaurant and was so nice and felt very cozy on a summer evening in Southern California. Both the service and food that impeccable. The servers were very attentive. We sat outside and we were happy to see some COVID-19 safety protocols. Overall, our dinner experience was really nice and enjoyable. Thank you, to you all, the team for your hospitality!

Impressed with the steak and everything here. It could be on a top list for steak in Pasadena and nearby areas. Chilean sea bass is juicy and tender. Will definitely come back.

Amazing place, the food is great, tasty, well presented. Our waiter was Patrick and he was just PERFECT. Everything here is a must, right music, noise level low, even when the restaurant was packed. Each plate was perfect. Highly recommended restaurant in Pasadena

Parkway Grill is a really nice, upscale evening of seafood or steak. The bread basket was really good, especially the spiced madeleines (yum!) I think having bread and butter on the appetizer menu and serving that warm and perfect is a good sign 🙂 Even the angel hair pasta with San Marzano tomatoes was satisying in all it's simplicity (a sprinkle of shredded basil would be fantastic) and the porcini crusted scallops were perfect. Great wine selection and our conversation with our server, Jose, about Bordeaux wines was even more enjoyable.

Great restaurant in Pasadena if you are looking for a dining experience with great service. We always start out with the bread basket which comes out with a few different types of bread and salted butter. We have also tried the shrimp and tuna tartare appetizers which are also very flavorful and fresh. The menu is similar to a typical upscale steakhouse with various cuts of beef and sides but I think they shine with their alternative meat options. I have had their ribeye, pork chops, Chilean seabass, chicken, short rib and now their lamb chops and the lamb has probably been my favorite. Perfectly cooked and accompanied by fresh asparagus and rich potatoes. They also have rotating items on the menu if you are looking for something different. The shoe string fries are also a crowd pleaser as they are crispy and delicious. Parking is all valet out front which eases having to find a spot in Pasadena.

My all time favorite restaurant. The bread basket, appetizers, specials, main dishes and desserts are all perfect! Loved the cocoa crepe when they had it on the menu. The catfish is the bomb!

This restaurant by far has the best value for the DineLA week. For $35, you get a two course meal with yummy foods. Unlike the past, the menu selections for dineLA this year is fantastic. We went there for lunch and the foods are delicious. Both my wife and I had Mexican shrimp salad. I have to say this one of the best shrimp salads I have ever had. The shrimps are big and fresh. For the min dish, while I select shrimp linguine, my chose the prime rib sandwich. Both dishes were well done and delicious. I like mine better as the combination of the shrimp and the source to go along with the pasta is perfectly done. The shrimp is fresh and bouncy and the pasta is cooked to al dente. Everyone should try out their dineLA menu for lunch or dinner. We will go to try out their dinner menu next week before the end of dineLA week.

The catfish is amazing and a must have entrée that you can eat for 3 days!! Never seen or tasted anything like it before.

Best salmon I've had in a long time! Perfectly cooked like it melts in your mouth with every bite. Highly recommend the New York Steak as well in medium rare.

Holy hamachi and pizza and espresso martini! I will definitely be back, especially for the martini and hamachi. So so flavorful! I also had the mushroom pizza, which was fantastic, and I only had 2 slices.. plenty for 2 or 3 people. Even my Uber driver asked what pizza place I went to because my leftovers smelled so good and she was from Chicago and hadn't smelled pizza that good in a long time!

Had a wonderful dinner! Service was great and the food even better! Appetizers, excellent and the entrée delicious!! Perfect Martinis! Excellent wine menu. Desserts, we splurged...yummy.

An expensive steakhouse whose food and drink are of highest quality. Great dining atmosphere. Our table had seafood, fish, and steak. All were great. Interesting appetizers tasty desserts completed a special evening out

I am visiting Pasadena for a week on business. I asked the concierge at the Weston where I should go as I'm here for a week. His recommendation Parkway Grill. My visit was on a Wednesday. At first I noticed an older crowd, not that this is bad at all, but I was surprised he recommended this to me. I had a long day and was looking forward to some good wine. As someone who collects wine, I was impressed by their wine list. I was having trouble deciding, my waited Omar, suggested I taste one. I tried the Grgich Hills Zin. Because he offered a taste, and I enjoyed...I ordered the bottle. Omar told me about. The specials, the lobster bisque and the bass. Amazing. As a special surprise he ordered me dessert. I would have never ordered myself. Again...Amazing. What I will say is that Parkway Grill is a place you need to visit, the wait staff is on point. Omar thank you for making my visit 5 stars.

Everything was excellent from the service, ambiance and food. The staff is is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion.

One of the best restaurants in California! Always a fresh creative menu with daily specials and amazing cocktails, superb service and good prices. We come back again and again and have never been disappointed. 10/10 rating
