I have enjoyed amazing customer service every time that I’ve needed to visit this Alameda store and Edith, the Mgr has been particularly helpful & friendly. Thanks to T Mobile for hiring a wonderful team that is so great to work with, unlike my previous experiences with AT&T.

I can't say enough for the amazing customer service and just human kindness shown to me during a time of great difficulty a health issues. My loyalty is now 💯 from now on. I also want to add that managers Edith is also a rock star!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Andy and Edwin were very helpful in upgrading my phone and plan. It was nice of them to also let me leave my phone for 2 hours with them while I had to get to a meeting.

Krissi and Edith were extremely helpful for us. We were able to upgrade a phone and find a WiFi modem with ease!

Awww man errbody at the store was mad helpful! I got complimented on my fit, I met some nice individuals who were really cool! One of them knew the mursic I’m bumping at the moment, another was helpful with getting me a new iPad, the other convinced me to get the iPad 😭 but we out here doe! Peace to them!
