I've had a great experience with Life Adjusted Chiropractic. Dr. Chada is awesome. Whenever I have tweaked my back or any other issue he gets me back to 100%. I like to get adjusted every so often too. Great place to go if you're in need of a chiropractor.

Amazing service. They are both super friendly and nice. I get adjusted in my terms, meaning he goes slow as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Their hours are fantastic and work for anyone. Of course their prices are affordable and no appointment needed. If you have a spine come get adjust!

Dr. Chada is amazing. I was hesitant because I kept hearing negative things about the doctor that used to be here. I made the right choice today seeing Dr. Chada. He is gentle, explains what he is doing and took the time to educate me and make me feel like family. I will be back!

Dr. Chada was amazing. He explained what he was doing before he did it. He gave alot of information on why certain parts of the body were hurting and how he would fix it. My neck feels a lot better as well as my back. I will be back!

Dr. Poindexter and his amazing staff are absolutely the most caring, kind, and professional chiropractor I have been to. In the last week I have received Cranial Facial Release and for the first time in 20 years I am able to breathe with ease. My sleep apnea has greatly subsided and my TMJ has decreased. I am very thankful our valley has such dedicated professionals!

Moved here from Boulder and thankful to have such a fantastic, knowledgeable Chiropractor in Dr. Poindexter. As an Ultra runner, mountain biker and everything outdoors my body takes abuse and becomes misaligned. The years are also starting to add up. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Had low back pain on my right side that I’ve tried to deal with for a couple months and got bad. Athletic trainer wasn’t really much help so I was referred to this place by a friend. Had my SI joint popped out and hips were off. He popped it back in and re adjusted my hips and instantly felt relief. Woke up the next day feeling even better. Defiantly will be back if I have any other problems!

Visiting Alamosa from TN and had a sudden jolt of a sneeze put my low back in a painful pinch. Express Chiro is just what I needed because I walked in and got one of the best, most thorough adjustments I have had in 30 yrs of chiropactic care! Dr. Poindexter took all the time needed to address my many joint to issues! I love the no insurance aspect as it saves the patient money. His fee is $15 less than my Medicare co-pay.
