Our family is thankful to highly recommend JP Ducro and their funeral services. Our father, Dr. Huang, has recently passed. JP did an amazing job working with us in this very difficult time. His compassion and the way he carried himself was perfect. He also made sure everything was well taken care of from picking up our father, to his calling hours, and to his funeral. He offered ideas that we would have never thought of having to complete. We had multiple compliments on JP from our family and friends. The calling hours line was long, some of our friends had to wait near an hour... JP made them feel comfortable offering water to hanging up their coats. Finally, we just want share that JP Ducro CARES. Thank you for caring and making this difficult experience as good as it could be.

JP and his staff are the best!

Terrible is an understatement! Had a funeral service for a family member. They were supose to hold a youtube video live for people that were sick or couldnt make it. The live started and all it was was a black screen with someone huffing and puffing close to the mic. Other then that you could barley hear the people talking in the back ground. What a way to remember a love ones funeral. When i called to inform ducros the lady that answered the phone acted like she could care less. Said she would "try" to contact a funeral director to fix the video. If you look at every other live you will see people. But ours nope.
