Great customer service! I ordered a new 3 pin scope for my Fast Eddie Tommy Hogg bow sight from a website I haven’t heard much about at all, but….. they had it and a short YouTube video about it…. So I ordered it. In the ordering process I noticed that there was one selection missing they they explained in the video was important, but I didn’t call and ordered it anyhow. A week later the scope shows up and I can’t install it because I didn’t choose that selection that I needed to. I called there shop and the guy I talked to apologized and said his website was acting up. I was notified that the correct scope was on the way at about the same time I hung up with the shop ….and he included a shipping pack to send the other one back! I just installed it on my sight and am good to go! Thank you!

Gregg and his wife have been helping set up my boys bows for years. Baught our bows from S&S, and they stood by their policy of free bow work (for basic adjustments and tweaking) for the life of the bow(s). Always extremely helpful and patient. Faye, Gregg's wife (who also works in the shop) Always helps by adjusting bows bc they are growing, and finds time to give my boys archery lessons during most visits on the house. The owners get super busy different times of the year, so maybe good idea to call ahead if you need work done.. Excellent knowledge btw . Excellent Support of their bows!

Got to spend time with Gregg and Fay yesterday. Helped me make my decision for my new bow. Treated me fairly with trade. Set up my new bow and made sure I was shooting it good before I left. Great people to deal with.

Absolute top-notch service. I ran into a major issue with my bow in early season and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. They saved my season. Not to mention they identified a few faults in my technique and corrected them on the spot. I can't say enough about these guys.

Greg and fay are awesome. They set me up with everything I needed. They even taught me how to shoot! Went from never shooting a bow to 4in groups at 20yrds. They spent three hours with me and set up multiple bows to try. Can't say enough good things. Plus they were $50 cheer than what I could find on the internet. Go There!

As a resident of Limestone I can say that the folks running this shop are some of the friendliest in town. Their shop is an excellent facility for both target practice and equipment purchase. Their expertise and knowledge is astounding, and I highly recommend them and their shop.

A some great bows and range

Drove 45 minutes to get here for some arrows and help setting up a recurve bow, then stood around for 15-20 minutes before anyone would even ask if I needed anything- I guess if you aren't one of the local boys they don't want your business. Finally got recognized as a customer and got a couple questions answered then was left for another 40 minutes before they filtered back so that I could order some arrows. Placed my order, watched as they processed orders that were placed after mine, left for an hour, returned just to see them continue to service other customers while I waited. Finally after another 20-30 minutes of waiting I told them to never mind my order I would find something on the internet- they couldn't have cared less.....overall, very poor customer service.

Called to get arrows sized (guy was very rude and short on the phone) , apparently you need a appointment, which I wasnt told till I drove all the way out to the shop instead of over the phone. Guy looks at me like a idiot and tells me I need appointment and it will be awhile if i stay and wait. Dont like writing bad reviews but Terrible customer service.
