I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parker’s Smokehouse BBQ, and I must say it’s a BBQ lovers Paradise. Great place for BBQ! We had BBQ and the Cajun Chicken sandwich. Both were great! We also had the onion flower, which was great, but too big for the 2 of us. A half option would be great!

Great place for barbecue , actually some of the best stuff had in the area really like the Cajun chicken sandwich. It had just the right amount of spice I want steak fries for the side and that was a great choice. I hear the coleslaw is pretty good also but I really want to try the big beans next time. I think it was about $15 for the sandwich and a side which is reasonable because the chicken sandwich was really big and you get a good serving of fries. I would recommend to everyone and I'll definitely go back to try some of their other menu options

Hungry?? The sampler platter is great. Plenty of food and variety of samples. Suggest to get some cornbread with it. Lots of great appetizers to start off with. Sauces on the tables are all good and the spicy one is really spicy. Good price and the employees made you feel welcomed.

Update, 2023: stopped in for lunch with some co-workers. Haven't been here in several years so it was nice to try it again. Still looked pretty much the same as I remember, and the staff were friendly and service was quick. I ordered the Georgia pulled pork sandwich, and a side of the coleslaw and potato salad. It was good overall, but the pulled pork was a bit dry. Definitely needed the slather on some barbecue sauce for moisten it back up when you ate it. The overall it was still tasty. The coleslaw and potato salad were quite delicious. Overall, it was a good experience. I would still recommend stopping by if you are in the area and in the mood for barbecue style.

Really good BBQ! Liked everything I had on my two meat plate. Price was a touch higher than is fair in my opinion. Especially for small town NE. Big portions though.

I didn't know what to expect, but wow. The food was fantastic. That has to be the most flavorful brisket I've ever had. My wife's hot beef dinner excellent.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Service was prompt. My only issue was it was loud. Not so bad I had to holler, but still loud.

I will have to come back. The food is worth it.

Always a win! Gave me way too much fried catfish with my 3 meat plate, brisket and hot links were delicious. I LOVE the baked beans. Something in them reminds me of my grandmother's recipe.

Hands down one of the best places in Cass county. The hand battered onion what huge and although I didn’t eat it those at the table who did said it was better than outback’s. The ribs were good, the sauce is on the sweeter side but there was other sauces at the table to add extra spice. The breaded catfish was delicious. The chicken fried chicken, if your thinking about it, just order it! You will not be disappointed. The mini me even admitted the kids chicken was delicious. Cornbread muffins were on point as well. We will definitely be back.

First let me start off by saying I am from the south and we know good BBQ, but this place blew my mind.
This was the best BBQ we had ever had. My husband and I ordered the combo for 2 and my goodness it’s enough for 4 people so we have lunch for tomorrow and then some. The brisket was so tender it just fell apart and the ribs are to die for, I mean to die for. The seasoning was so good and the meat just fell off the bone.
For our sides we got coleslaw, potato salad and baked beans. All of them were very good but the baked beans were amazing!!!!!!!
The sweet tea was awesome. The Bloody Mary looked amazing so I had to try one, but it was just okay.
On the table they provided BBQ sauces, mustard based, sweet and a spicy one. All were delicious.
The service was very friendly and fast.
We will definitely go back when we visit family again!

Ate at the Lincoln location a couple of months ago, and we were thoroughly impressed. So, of course, we must try the Ashland location. Though our main server was a little green, the more seasoned servers rallied to help make the experience wonderful.

First off our waiter was amazing. He laughed with us and joked with us. The food was amazing. If I had one complain it would be our table wasn't big enough for our food. However understand we ordered the ultimate bbq feast and it was served in a trash can lid so I'm not going to fault them on that. Amazing place and experience I highly recommend.

I don't know where to begin!!! The service was amazing, the food was out of this world!! The lady must be the manager was amazing, said some amazing things to our daughter that made her night. Even gave her a hug. It's hard to come across amazing customer service like you will at Parkers. Our waiter was always coming over making sure everything was good and our drinks full. We will be coming back again well worth the money.

This was the 337th stop on a BBQ odyssey now spanning 35 states, and the 13th stop in Nebraska. For lunch, I ordered an appetizer of brisket nachos, and a refillable soda (Pepsi products). Fresh tortilla chips and nicely smoked and chopped brisket melded with green onion, jalapenos and various cheeses to produce a meal in its own right for one-- and even two adults might be hard pressed to save room for dinner plates. The service was friendly and attentive (thanks, Nicole), so for $18.14 + tip this was a good deal all the way around. I'm looking forward to a return visit to sample more of the BBQ side of the menu.

On a cold snowy day returning to omaha from a wrestling tournament stopping off to a cozy supper with the wife and 4 kids was just what we needed! Great service, great food! Loved the brisket and hot links!

We are from colorado, first time for us. Though Small town, Parker's Smokehouse is up town. Visit, you will be pleasantly surprised by the service, food, atmosphere, and reasonably priced for BBQ. Cornbread tasty and moist. We got the rib special. Sauce was excellent and ribs well done. Beans were tasty. Thought coleslaw was bland. Blooming onion sauce needed horseradish. Rest had great flavor and displayed tastefully.

The Parkers Smokehouse is a great restaurant with excellent service and food. The pulled pork and brisket are good, but the corn bread muffin is the star! The wait staff were all friendly and helpful.

Holy Cow, Pig and Chicken, this place is amazing! My wife and I were traveling from Lincoln to Omaha, got hungry, and pulled off the interstate for lunch. We Goggled nearby restaurants and discovered Parker's Smokehouse. The instant you walk in and take a whiff of the smoked meats, you know you are in for a treat.

After scanning their extensive menu, my wife and I both ordered the Pit Master sandwich. This will fill even the emptiest of stomachs. The combination of Texas beef brisket, Georgia pulled pork and chunks of hot link sausage is incredible.

The service and management were friendly and care deeply for their customers. So, if you are looking for great food, service and prices, skip the interstate and drive up Highway 6 to Ashland, NE. It is Well worth the drive. I know I have found a new BBQ home!

The catfish appetizer is the best I've ever had. It's super crunchy and flavorful. The sauce is even great! We ordered half of the platter for myself and husband. It included brisket, ribs, chicken, slaw, beans, cinnamon apples and corn muffins. The brisket and slaw were just ok, not flavorful. The ribs were good, beans and corn muffins and apples. Would definitely come back. Plenty of food for future meals. The star for me was the catfish and corn muffins. Definitely good food!
