I came into this store today and was not even thinking about being a customer. Just bringing my sister so she could get a refrigerator. But between the two employees here, Marc and Andrea, I know for a fact I will be back. The way they helped my sister was amazing! So helpful and walked her through everything. Spoke to us like we were people and not just customers. I will definitely be back here, but for myself next time!!😊😊

I have had the privilege to open accounts with Rent A Center as a customer and have had nothing but the greatest experience. Punctuality on delivery and what was so amazing were the follow up calls to check on the merchandise I purchase and my experience with them. The associates were pleasant, informative and helpful in my decision making process. I can honestly say the experience will indeed have my business and referred business.

My experience has been great

I have been leasing a washer and dryer here for a few months and I have no complaints. The service is excellent, the manager and assistant manager go above and beyond here to make sure all needs are met. They are understanding with late payments just communicate with them very friendly staff as well definitely will recommend and currently looking for new items to lease!!

I have dealt with Rent-A-Center for a few years now and I will say since Adrean been the manager the customer service is great, soon as you walk in you’re being greeted. Any problem you have she goes far and beyond to solve it and she really takes her time to interact with the customers. If it’s not in the store and they can order it they will. I would highly recommend Atmore, Al Rent-A-Center to everyone. Keep up the good work you guys!

Before accepting employment with this establishment, I would visit periodically to browse the sale’s floor. Professionalism, proficiency, and their presentation was always above average. Now that I’m working with this company it gives me the pleasure to work with countless consumers to assure their favored with the merchandise of their choice to be satisfied.

I normally don't write reviews which I should...seems like people only want to post reviews when things go bad but rarely compliment someone when things go great. This time I am making time to compliment the staff at RAC. I needed a chest freezer in a hurry because ours died. went by store and explained my situation and that i was going to loose food if we didn't act fast. They delivered me a new chest freezer and saved the day..Oh, I failed to mention this was on a Saturday 15 minutes before they closed. They worked late and were nothing but smiles.. Thx again!!!!

Sorry reviewers! But Mrs. Cooley is very very inaccurate in her reporting. This was a “one time” occurrence from a “part time worker”. NOT, I repeat, NOT the store manager. I am a long time customer, as well as many many others that I know. We are truly satisfied with the store manager John F. and his entire RAC Atmore team. Great job RAC, we love you!

I visit this several months ago just browse their selections. That not I was in the market for anything in particular but while there I found the employees to be courteous and helpful. My G-boy Marc is employed with this company.

I always have a good experience with RAC. They have some of the friendliest employees. I have a special relationship with the Huntsville,Al. employees Blake and Lesa at the Sparkman location. HAT OFF TO RAC EMPLOYEES.
