Turn Key Roofing and their representative, Jake Darby, made the process of getting a new roof both easy and enjoyable. Getting a new roof is expensive and I’m glad to have paid a company that puts our priorities first and go out of their way to make sure our building is protected from the elements and that we were satisfied with the new roof. If you are in the market for a new roof this is who I would recommend to my friends and family.

We would like to say what a great job Whit and Carlos and his crew did with our new roof. They were very professional and answered all of our questions without complaint. They were timely and showed up as scheduled. They did a excellent job with cleanup. Whit's timely followup to assure job was completed was timely and complete!!! Turn Key Roofing is great!!

Very professional company. Roof was nearing 25 years old and in need of replacement. They came out and gave an honest opinion on the status of the roof. They said the back of the roof still had a few years left, but recommended replacing the front roof as it is subject to the most sunlight and other elements.

I decided to go ahead and replace the entire roof but was pleasantly surprised they didn’t try to convince me to replace the entire roof.

For those with gutter guards, they came out before replacing the roof, removed the gutter guards, labeled them where they were removed from, and reinstalled them with no issue at all, which was a pleasant surprise.

They were able to complete a total roof replacement in 1.5 days and cleaned up the yard and driveway as if the roof had not just been replaced.

Would highly recommend them for all the aforementioned reasons.

Karol was so easy to talk to and was able to get someone out within an hour. Matthew was so kind to my mom whom had a roof leak and gave an estimate for the job and completed it within 2 hours. Even gave advice on how to get rid of the stains which worked perfectly. Will be using them again in the future.

Jake came out and met with us to examine our roof and give us a quote. We scheduled a time and their team showed up and installed a quality roof for a great value. Jake then followed up with us to insure that there were no issues and to make sure we were pleased with the new roof. Recommended 10 out of 10!

Honest and Dependable. Matthew Gould was extremely helpful in overseeing our recent gutter guards install. His team did a great job. Our two story home had a lot of gutters and a very high pitched roof. Matthew has also been extremely helpful on other roof related issues since we bought the house in May. Will definitely be looking to Matthew and Turn Key when we need a new roof in a few years.

Turn Key reroofed my house thoroughly and efficiently. There were several sections of decking and a good bit of flashing that had to be replaced. They did all the work and stuck with their original estimate. Leah, Karol, and Whit were readily available for any questions that I had. The crew was respectful of my property and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation.

I am very pleased with this company. Matthew Gould, the project manager, was very informative and helpful. He was very prompt in returning all of my phone calls and answering my questions. After the roof was completed, Matthew returned to inspect the work.

The roofers are skilled and efficient. My new roof looks beautiful. After finishing the roof, they did an incredible job of cleaning up the yard. There was no debris left behind.

It was such a wonderful experience working with Megan as she communicated all the way through the process and showed up on time for appointments. She explained everything step by step then came and met with myself and insurance adjuster. The crew was here as scheduled, installed new roof and cleaned up beautifully. We were so please that we hired her to put new gutters on another house. They look great! We appreciated Megan and Carol’s professionalism, communication and excellent service. First of all, Turn Key Roofing and Megan, especially, were incredibly professional. Megan went out of her way more than once to help me get this settled with insurance, to help me file my claim and made this beyond easy. I hope not to need another roof any time soon, but I will recommend them to every one I know.
