Cook Out

Best Cookout around. Fairly quick at getting out orders consistently. Never had an issue with the food. Some longtime employees work there as well.

As far as "atmosphere" goes. They had a remodel recently, and while it looks nice. It just doesn't capture the original "vibe" it used to have, and it's "too new" looking. Seats aren't as comfortable, too.

The food from here has always been fresh and delicious. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I like the hush puppies but sometimes they're overcooked and I don't like that but that's the only thing I dislike. Other than that, this is a very good place to eat and I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Food portions I thought were a but small, but the prices were exceptionally reasonable for what you got. I'll just have to order a double the next time. Different flavors from corporate burger joints, fresh, fast, and tasted good. I'll be back to support this small business again.

We traveled through a Michigan ice storm for a Cookout bbq. It did not disappoint. The only recommendation is keep the dining room a bit cleaner during slow times.

Cookout in Asheboro is one of my favorite restaurants. The wide variety of menu items appeals to all taste buds and for a great price. Everything from burgers and fries to salads, shakes, and chicken sandwiches can be found on their menu. I especially enjoy their chicken sandwiches and shakes, as you can choose from a variety of fresh flavors that can't be found anywhere else. The atmosphere and customer service are always top notch and I always leave feeling full and satisfied. Food is served quickly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Cookout in Asheboro is a great option for those seeking to satisfy a craving for a good meal. Highly recommended.

I love their burgers, and chilli cheese fries.

We went and bought food for 8 people and spent around $60. You can not go to McDonald's and buy food for 8 people and get the amount of food we got at Cookout. The service was on point, and the atmosphere was like any other fast food joint.

Excellent customer service, especially for midnight at a fast food drive-thru. Super friendly.

The line is allways long and you know it's not because the food is bad! The food feels more like it came from your backyard without all the effort then from a fast food place. That extends to the quality of the food, it feels homemade. Only bad thing I can say about cookout is it's not super uncommon for your order to be slightly off so I recommend asking them to repeat your order back to you at the drive through and checking before you pull of but that's honestly usually only one out of 15 or so visits.

I live in New York and don't have any cook outs there I was visiting family in north carloina and they took me here the food was excellent service was great and you can't beat the prices would 100% recommend this to anyone that hasn't tried it

Even if the line is wrapped around to the entrance, I always go through the drive thru quickly and get my ACCURATE order every time. I am glad I chose to wait as the food was delicious as well!

Drive thru was long but moved so quick! Super affordable for quick & good food, will always come back when we visit NC!
