I was at this location on 11/18/2023 to upgrade phones for my daughters. We were helped by Crystal Little and she made sure that I had the best plan for me and my family. She was very patient with all of my questions and super attentive to my needs. This was hands down the best customer service I have received from any company. Highly recommended, especially if Ms Little remains here.

I have been a customer of this store since it opened. They are always the friendliest and amazing with me. They also go out of their way to entertain my kids while they are there. I have always been in and out in a timely manner.

I came in to swap my service after being treated terribly at AT&T in Monroe. Brandon asked if he could help me as soon as I walked into the store. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He had a great personality and made me feel so at ease. I got a new phone and signed up for the wifi as well. I am so grateful for Brandon and will continue with verizon because of him.

There’s always a nice gentleman name Michael I believe, tall guy with glasses, he’s very amazing with customer service and excellent with approaching us! He’s always helping me when something is wrong or when he’s teaching/showing me how to do things every time I’m there, either I’m paying something or getting something new! He’s always my favorite person that gives me great experiences and expectations! This man deserves a raise Verizon! Thank you once again and if I did get your name mixed up, my apologies but again, thank you for helping me once again!! 11/10 :)

I went in because I thought I had to buy a new phone. The representative pulled up the account and said he could file the phone on my insurance and get a new one to me the next day. Saved me money and was pleasant to deal with!

Home Internet and cell , best service , no one beats Verizon's prices and customer service

I've been to a lot of Verizon stores over the years I have had there service. This location is by far the best. I always get great service here.

I don’t know about some of the ppl that work there

I lost a cellphone, KAYLA was wonderful! Great asset to Verizon! She was helpful and pleasant....she never huffed, puffed or rolled her eyes. She handled it all for me. KAYLA, THANKS A BUNCH!

Ricky helped me upgrade my new phone and was top notch!!!!! I’ve had Verizon since I was 16 and my experience just keeps getting better and better.
He made sure that before I left, my phone was backed up, I had the storage that I wanted, and I was able to operate without skipping a beat, once I left the store!

I love this version store! They’re always helpful, nice and it’s always clean. They’re taking all the right steps to be Covid safe too! Kevin was extra helpful today, with a trade in. I like this store a lot. Folks are friendly and helpful. I don't live in North Carolina, but I do have a Verizon cellphone/plan. I've been in this store a couple of times over the years with my brother as he adjusts, upgrades, expands the multiple phones and lines on his family plan. This last salesperson was so personable and helped me out with some questions I had about my plan. The store is easily accessible, too. Highly recommend.

The best customer service and the Reps know what they are doing which makes doing business a lot easier.
Michael does excellent job of managing his staff so customers can get in and out with their issues are resolved.

Mike helped me. He is great. Hes been there at least 5 yrs and is committed to excellent customer service. This store has come a long way. Mike has sd me several phones, is a tech guru and knows Verizons plans and device options/applications very well. This is a good store to go to.

Although Verizon is a miserable business model, this store is a gem. The people are so nice and helpful. They are certainly a bright spot in my Verizon relationship. P.S. I WOULD change carriers but for where I live. Verizon is the only reliable coverage.

I had a great experience with Kayla helping me. The wait time was long when I got there, but it was actually only 5 minutes. She gave me options on what type of phone and other options. This is a great store.
