My husband’s dream came true thanks to great and professional fellows at Cycle Center Inc! Tom and Brent were exceptionally professional and helpful! Their store has 50+ years of experience in selling Honda bikes! My husband has chosen Rebel 1100 and after using it every day, he hasn’t regretted it at all!
It’s our first bike and you can imagine how many questions a loving wife can have once she’s choosing a vehicle for her husband to enjoy his rides but to stay safe at the same time! Tom was very patient and professional! He answered every single question on the bike, warranty, service and even helped to get the best financing deal with the lowest interest! Also, he explained on how to use the bike and answered all the questions to my husband once we arrived to pick it up.
He was even ready to help with the bike delivery to our home!
Later he has taken care of our appointment for the 1st service visit. Thank you very much, Tom for an exceptional service!
Brent took care of all the paper work and it took us about 17 minutes to finalize all the paper work and sign everything! Great job, Brent! Thank you for taking care of us!

As a customer, I’m under the impression that they care about building a long term relationship with us rather than selling here and now for the most expensive price.

Took a 4 wheeler in because it would crank but not start. I was prepared to spend quite a bit to get it fixed. They checked it out and all it needed was a battery. That's all they charged me for. Maybe paid a little more for it than an auto parts place but worth it to know they didn't do a bunch of unnecessary stuff. They also adjusted my brakes even though I never mentioned it. Service guy chased me down in the parking lot to bring me some parts I bought and accidentally left inside. Honest friendly people. What more could you ask for.

The guys in the repair shop are amazing! Just bought a Honda 4 wheeler that had a lot of issues. Dropped it off for repairs. They did an awesome job fixing everything and servicing it. They went above and beyond to get my meter (which was no longer available) sent off and repaired like new! The cost of all the repairs was very reasonable. I was actually expecting it to be much more than it was. Very nice and very professional staff. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new Honda ATV from Cycle Center Inc. earlier this year and just had the break-in service performed. Both the sales and service teams were great. Highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a new ATV or SXS.

I'm not one that likes haggling or dishonesty. Both of those have been my typical experience when making large purchases like vehicles. That's why it was so refreshing to work with Keith @ Cycle Center. We first started corresponding over email and Keith immediately impressed me. His answers to my questions were prompt, concise, and complete. He didn't waste my time. When I visited, I was equally impressed with the other staff. They really do treat you like family. Seriously. How many of us dread going to the "back room" to sign the docs and having to deal with someone telling you that 1 day after your warranty, your new toy is going to catch on fire unless you add this new warranty or this protectant? That didn't happen here. Brent was so laid back and not pushy at all. My mind was blown. lol To wrap this up... Cycle Center is a very well ran business and one that is worthy of supporting. Thank you Keith, Tom, Brent, Gary, JC, Shane, JayCee, and crew!

Been going here for a long long time now, Keith in sales is great and Jaycee and Gary and everyone in service and parts are great too. They do all the maintenance on our Talon and we bought our recon new in 2019 from them and probably going back soon for a rancher. The sales, service, and service after the sale can't be beat and it's always a pleasure dealing local!!

I have bought/traded many motorcycles with Cycle Center Inc. I have always felt like I was treated fairly. I now think of them as friends ... the entire staff!

Just made another purchase from The Cycle Center and my opinion remains the same.

‘Bought a 2016 Honda CTX700N and took delivery yesterday. Dealing with Keith was smooth, honest and straightforward! Great experience!

Keith (salesman) always goes over and above to help me get the ride I want. I've bought motorcycles, and atv's from them. I've never been disappointed.

Gary was very helpful to us. Over and above what I expected. No charge.

My Dad used to work there back in the 80's and he remembers the show floor being completely full. When COVID hit the floor went from full to empty. So glad to see the floor almost back to the way I remember it from my childhood.

David and his crew are always more than helpful when I go in there. Keith in sales was very easy to work with. They were as excited about my new toy as I was. My next one will come from there too.

These guys are awesome! I drove an hour and a half and it was well worth it.
Not only did I get a great deal without any haggling, but they have since called me to follow up on my experience.
Their customer service will keep me going back!

I bought a 2010 Brand New Honda Fury at Cycle Center!!!! I dealed with Keith an couldn't ask for a better person to deal with!!! The whole CREW treats me like Family an I wouldn't THINK of going any where else!!! 5 STARS!!!!

All I can say is.. wow. This place is awesome!! Staff is friendly, and very helpful. This bike shop also has some of the best prices in town! I took a friends bike to get the handle bars shortened, but was told they were backed up for the day. I excepted that they wouldn't have time to complete the modification that was required, so I made my way out of the store. On the out of the store I ran into Derek the manager, and asked how I was doing and if I had gotten everything I needed. I told him I was there to get the modification done, but the staff didn't have time and I would come back. Well, Derek personally took the bike from me and did the modification on the spot. I was super impressed by the level of customer care (it wasn't even my bike!!!), and have decided to strictly use cycle center for all my local biking needs. I hope this review helps people looking for a local bike shop and brings these awesome guys the business they deserve!
