I love to stay at the Lodge...eating at the restaurant is top notch & the bar can be a fun atmosphere. Walking around the building at sunset along the reservoir/lake you see some spectacular views. We went 4/8-11. Chilly but beautiful!

Great place to take your family for a walk. Also nice place to eat a good meal. The lake looked nice this time of year. It was frozen in some areas made for some great pictures. It's March 2019 the family wanted to come out here for a relaxing peaceful walk...

Great food, nice pool for members in the summer and good room rates... It's a nice escape from town but not to far out of town... 5 stars...

I enjoy coming to the California pines lodge for the quietness and the serenity of the area the people are very friendly and helpful our room clean warm and cozy. the food at the lodge is fantastic great price I highly recommend California pines

Cal pines has been home for 6 years now. QUIET, PRETTY, WONDERFUL PEOPLE. FOOD GREAT. Steak and lobsters, Sunday brunch very interesting. Fireworks at lake. Manager Richard Mund ...the best. Thanks to all the staff.

The blackened sole was amazing. Salad bar, soup, garlic bread, potato, vegetables, and ice cream sundae bar for $14.99. Great service is included. The pictures were taken at my table.

The people are very friendly, Great service.The food is fabulous!!The lodge and the grounds are well taken care of.Great place to throw a party or have a wedding, especially in the spring.

When we got there there was no water in the reservoir but as we were leaving they were filling it back up and it was awesome it was a beautiful day.

We had dinner here and it was great! Food was fantastic (we had rib-eye & prime rib); service was friendly and great. Prices are good. Recommend reservations.

Wonderful people here! Amber in the POA office is freakin awesome! Such a wealth of knowledge, kindness, and just a downright sweet person! We can't wait to call CalPines our home! Thank y'all so much for everything!!

The only promises made about roads and electricity, were by REAL ESTATE COMPANIES WANTING YOUR MONEY. The POA did not sell you your property. Caveat Emptor.

Great Sunday brunch and dinner by the lake, great ambiance, good food, cold drinks.

People here go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need to always helpful to their community and Holly works very hard

Cool place. HOA's and POA's suck but Cool spot.
