Fantastic customer service! I called these folks looking for a flatbed for a super cab which is hard to find in stock, they had it. I couldn’t contact my wife to decide if we would be driving to have them install the bed. All day, this company checked in with me and held a spot for my install. Turns out my wife had called another business and scheduled an install earlier in the day. When Ironman called me back, I explained the situation and she was extremely polite and even offered additional help if needed. If my wife had not scheduled with another installer I would have used this company and in fact I will use them on my future purchases!

Ironman Hitch is a family owned and family run business. Eldon and Sarai do a wonderful job of making sure all their customers get exactly what they need at the best price........all while raising two of the brightest young men I have ever known. I am proud to not only be a customer, but also a friend.
