What a wonderful experience! I was all set for a long day of tests. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They were aware of my full schedule and arranged changes that sent me home four hours early. The technicians/nurses were friendly and efficient. They explained the tests and what they were looking at.

Saint Francis Hospital is my go to hospital. My experience yesterday with my echocardiogram was wonderful. The cardiac technician that performed the echo cardiogram on me was very knowledgeable, very cognitive of the discomfort when putting the instrument between my ribs so that she could see the heart. She knew different positions for me to put my arms in to relieve the discomfort. I would be very happy with her administering an echo on me annually. She truly made the experience wonderful.

The young ladies at the registration desk were extremely helpful. The entire process was very easy.

Wonderful staff! Everyone has their own experiences. However, the staff the nurses and doctors are wonderful. They didn't take me in right away and I did not mind either because they had a nice waiting room. They prepared everything before taking me back. They took my blood and did ultrasound within 4 hours I was back home. Alex was my nurse. Alex was awesome and very helpful. Dr. Ashley was on point and very smart. Do not worry about the negative reviews on this site. You make your own review of this hospital. I would recommend them+++ May Father God Bless you All.

Went into the ER and was seen pretty quick. Got my surgery and was out the next day. While staying there, the staff took good care of me and there was really nothing to complain about. One of the best hospital recoveries I've had. I would highly recommend St. Francis for minor surgeries. If you're looking for staff that treat you with respect and dignity, this place has no problem with that.

I haven’t been here yet, but my experience with the supervisor Melissa of the OBGYN department was amazing! I had to leave a message, but she called me back like same day. She was very personable, and made it an easy and enjoyable experience for me even though I have phone anxiety lol

At the ER have been nothing but kind, empathetic and communicative. Would highly recommend. They were thorough in the exams and clear why they were doing what. I appreciate the kindness and time they took. Never felt rushed or unimportant. Hope I don’t ever have to go to an emergency room again but if I do it’s well worth the drive.

Wow honestly can’t say enough great things about this hospital. Beautiful architecture inside and beautiful views! The staff were excellent and so efficient. Great personalities and amazing bed side manner. Super helpful and lovely people ! Unfortunately i live in Denver and this is based in the springs but would definitely choose this hospital over all the others if i was in the springs.

The nurses and everyone treated me and my family so wonderfully. They made sure we understood everything that was happening and going to happen. The care was amazing. 100% would recommend anyone to go there.

I’m several months late, but shout out to the ER doctor who checked me over for chest pains. I usually avoid doctors like the plague because I go and get told nothing is wrong with me. This doc basically said, “Your labs are all clean, so whatever it is, it won’t kill you.” It was TOC, so exercise and a chiropractor did the trick.

I had 3 surgeries within one year at this hospital. Each time I was treated with an over abundance of warm and friendly care by all the staff. The facility is extremely clean and modern. I highly recommend St. Francis Hospital!

It was very nice. The lady what did the echocardiogram was very professional pleasant. She slso was knowledgeable in her position.

I visited the cafeteria this morning for breakfast and the cook Jeremiah recommended the garlic bread breakfast sammy. All I can say is oh wow it was the best explosion of flavor I have ever tasted for breakfast. From the buttery crusted bread with garlic and crushed red peppers to the overly stuffed filling with eggs bacon and cheese. I truly felt like I was eating at my favorite breakfast joint. Truly top notch food from a hospital cafeteria which is usually unheard of. 10 outta 10 will eat there again.

Bob and nurse Laura were terrific. Explained procedure in detail. I felt comfortable and confident in their care.

Visiting my sisters kids in the nicu rooms. Was here just a few hours and it seems the girls are being taken care of. Not much to say here are a few pics.

Greatest show on earth. I hate hospitals, but this place and it's staff are beyond phenomenal. Kidney stones suck more than anything...they made it completely bearable. Thanks Dr. Moody and all the hospital staff. You all are assets to your profession and, while I hope we don't have to visit you anytime soon...glad to know there are people like you all in our world !!! Thanks a million times over!!!

Isaiha is a valet at St. Francis. I parked in handicap parking and was using my walker. He could see I was struggling. He got me a wheelchair and put my walker in his office. When I came out he got my car and pulled it right it front.
Isaiha went above and beyond to help me. Exceptional service on a day I really needed it.

The doctors say this hospital took an amazing good care of my mom Sharon Killian. She passed away in the ICU on January 27, 2017! Thank you you all so very much, Her daughter Satoni Niles
