My 5 star review goes directly to Dr. Rizwana and her compassionate, thorough care that she has consistently provided during my time with this company. She has a super friendly, yet caring bedside manner that just makes the whole process so much easier to bear. The appointment schedulers are another story! I was never called back to be informed my dentures had came in for many weeks, so I had to call them to ask & make my appt, which was scheduled for March 1st, but upon arriving that day, I was told it was set for March 4th, which was not what I was told. They seem very disorganized with scheduling and callbacks & yet the blame went on me as if I was the one who made the error! (Beyond frustrating)! I sincerely wish nothing but great things to Dr. Rizwana in her upcoming new practice, they will be blessed having such a beautiful, dedicated Dr that truly cares about others!!! Give this lady a raise!!!

Wonderful staff. Very considerate and they do their best to ensure comfort and minimal pain. My smile has never looked better. Shout out to Dr. Pedro and Dr. Phillippe (I hope I spelled your names right- sorry if I didn't) for making my time in the chair the most at ease I've been at the dentist in a good long while.

If you’re looking for a great dentist, Dr Rizwana is the best! Needed an apicoectomy and she did an amazing job! She is a very kind Doctor!

Very quick and helpful!! Highly recommend, I had a few repairs and fillings that needed to be done. Along with the great work, all the doctors and employees were very personable.

He is nice and did a great job on my theeth he is very respectful and when he works on your mouth she will not feel nothing he explains to you every process he is doing. Every one in the front desk is very nice too

Cleveland Dental Institute of Ashtabula treated me with such care and kindness when I had two teeth removed. All staff were efficient and their patience with clients was admirable. Office was clean with plenty of seating.

Dr Santana is the BEST hands down. I was struggling to find a dentist that could handle my 16 year old with dental anxiety. There are so many places locally that won’t even see her. We drove an hour out to try the Cleveland dental institute in Ashtabula and will NEVER go anywhere else again. He not only was able to talk her down and through the procedure, but she left happy and as a mother that is huge! If you have a child with special needs, or even know an adult with dental anxiety- I highly recommend this man. He is a god send. I can’t express how much of a relief it is to know that she is not only in great hands, but that she is comfortable as well. THANK YOU DR SANTANA!!!

I see Dr Ethal and she is amazing. She makes sure I have no pain at all. She cares and takes her time with you. I have been looking for a dentist for so long that would take my insurance, the look is over! I was very blessed finding a dentist that takes her time and wants to give me my smile back. I am very very happy with the work she has done so far. Thank you so much

Dr. Pedro is AMAZING! He makes you feel very comfortable, is quick and efficient!

Dr. Jessica is great! She was very patient and worked hard on fixing my teeth. She did an awesome job with all of the work we had to do. Sad to see her leave.

Not proud of it but I’m extremely nervous and anxious in a dentist office. I’ve stayed away for years until I needed a bad tooth pulled yesterday . Was pleasantly surprised that everyone from the women at the front desk to those that work with the dentist were extremely kind and patient with me. Dr Ethel was wonderful and understanding. I am going back next week for a cleaning. I highly recommend Cleveland Dental Institute in Ashtabula…especially if you’ve had bad experiences at other dental offices.

This is the best dentist office I have been to. Everyone is so polite and helpful. My favorite one is Dr. Rizwana she explains everything she is very helpful she takes care of her patients very well I never had any pain. She is a wonderful doctor I recommend her I never liked going to the dentist until I found Dr. Rizwana is by far the best.

Dr. Jessica was absolutely the greatest! From assuring me throughout my dental experience for the last 7 months; beginning to end was not stressful. If you can request her then your in awesome hands. She doesn't hurry you out the door to get another patient in the chair, always cheerful and knowledgeable, answers all your questions. I'd recommend a substantial raise for Dr. Jessica because she is definitely an asset to the Cleveland Dental Institute.

Dr.Aseel is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She takes great care of me an my teeth!! About a year ago I got X-rays an was told that I would need 4 of my bottom teeth removed, or needed root canals but she looked into my teeth further then any other dentist an she found out that from my braces I had over 12 years ago they left glue on the back of my teeth so she was able to shave off all the glue build up I had and I got new X-rays from her an she said my teeth are fine now! I don’t need any teeth pulled or anything because of her! I highly recommend her, she’s the best an very sweet! I’ll never goto another dentist now, I’ll only trust her with all my dental issues! I appreciate her more then anything! Can’t wait to go back now when I was always very scared to go back. She’s the best!

My first visit to CDI was also my first time ever getting a tooth extraction done. The staff there is incredible and very welcoming as I was scared from the horror stories that I have been told about getting teeth pulled especially when you have state funded insurance. What I expected and what actually took place was very different scenarios. Dr. Mohammed and Nurse Jackie took excellent care of me and made sure that I felt no discomfort or pain during the whole process. I am extremely grateful for I am not a very big fan of dentists. I already have an appointment to go back and get routine care done and I would highly recommend Cleveland Dental Institute to anyone. I thank my daughter for pointing me in their direction.

Dr. Aseel ALNEAIMY was the most amazing dentist for my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves her and so do I! My daughter was so excited to see her at her second appointment. I recommend her 100% for anyone!

Dr. Ethel is amazing! She has educated me on some issues no other dentist told me about, makes me feel so comfortable. I hate the dentist but she makes it alot easier

Dr. Rizwana Bano is amazing. She took care of my youngest daughter, age 7. She did a filling for her, and was so sweet and so professional. We came back for a second filling and we determined it wasn't needed. My daughter loved her so much and asked when we see her again. She even said tonight she missed her dentist! If you're child is going to Cleveland Dental, ask for Dr. Rizwana, she's the sweetest and excellent at what she does! Thank you Dr. Rizwana, you're wonderful!
