Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ashtabula

The staff was very friendly. Answered all my questions. Very attentive. Rooms were very clean. Only had one garbage spot in the dining room. Was hard to find. There are plenty of breakfast options. The pool was nice. It's very small but still good for the kids. The lobby and bathroom were clean, too. Great location next to food and gas.

The staff here is absolutely amazing the rooms were so clean and beautiful. The hotel is updated and very nice. The manager I believe her name was Julie, was so helpful with giving us directions around the area as we were in town for a soccer game at the spire. I have already booked a room for our next visit to Ashtabula!!!

This marriott location is LOVELY. The staff are all so attentive (lead by their INCREDIBLE manager, Julie Mock!!). My fiancé and I stayed while visiting family in the area and everything was literally nothing shy of spectacular!!! From the room to the lobby everything was so clean and smelled wonderful! The pool was so refreshing and gorgeously maintained! The breakfast was DELICIOUS. It’s suffice to say that Ms. Mock runs a wonderful hotel and we will be back!!

During my business trip, we stayed at the Fairfield Inn and suites in austinburg Ashtabula. Everyone was so helpful, breakfast was delicious and the workers there were so attentive. The front desk was so helpful with helping us into a room and pointing out places that we could experience. The manager julie mock was a wonderful person and very helpful. If anyone is wondering what hotel to stay at, pick this one. Rooms are clean, the fitness and pool are clean and stocked. We are definitely going to stay here again on our next outing :).

It was a very clean place to stay.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Scrambles Eggs and fixings, sausage links, egg bites(delicious with feta cheese n spices), Yogurts, juice, milk, instant oatmeal.

Very new hotel. Very clean throughout including the rooms. Service was good, breakfast had several options to choose from. Very comfortable stay!

Plenty of food places in the area to grab something to eat also.

Snagged a night for a Saturday activity in the area. We were greater by a guy who was very nice. He promptly checked us in and gave a run down on the hotel and area. Our room was great and bed was comfy. Work out room was great and so was breakfast. Look forward to a return visit.

We stayed there this past weekend. The hotel was updated and spotless--they do a great job keeping it clean! The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating! They were knowledgeable and sweet. I've stayed in aaalllooottt of hotels over the years, and this may be one of my favorites. Great job you guys!

Stooped here on our way to cooperstown. It is a newer hotel. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. We are really starting to enjoy the fairfield brand from Marriott.

I will definitely stay here again when visiting Geneva Ohio. It was a great experience starting from checkin. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious . The bathroom is awesome! The shower is big. We got a king suite. So it had a lot of space. Definitely could’ve traveled with kids and fit 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids ) It was just two adults for us. But the room had a pull out couch with its own TV. So it gives you two separate areas.
Breakfast is included. Hot or cold. Pool was out of order so we didn’t get to see or use it. It had a small gym. Overall great experience!

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable rooms. Julie at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and all the staff were smiley and friendly! We had a very pleasant stay here.

Ethan greeted us warmly upon our arriva, and gave us dining recommendations. When we came back from being gone, he asked how our day was and and listened as we told him what we'd done. I believe the woman in housekeeping said her name was Cathy, and she also was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed and to tell us to just call if we needed anything. Breakfast was good to start the day - variety of items. The pool was a little cool for my liking but our grandson had a great time in it. Everything was neat and clean. No problems at all! Great stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel on two separate nights. Our first night was a quick stop to sleep but we liked it so much we booked a room for the return trip. I had my two kids with me and things were a bit chaotic. The man at the front desk was incredibly nice and engaged with them which is exactly what they needed after such a long drive. My room was immaculate and the beds were so comfy. Also, that tv is there size of my kitchen table, probably bigger actually. In the chaos of packing up and leaving I managed to leave items behind. Made it all the way to Illinois before I realized it. I called the hotel and within an hour my items were found, and we had a plan to have them shipped to me. I felt so dumb but they were so helpful and kind about the whole situation. I’ve stayed at many hotels but this one is clean and full of kind employees. It was a breath of fresh air staying here. Thank y’all so much for being so wonderful.

Excellent location, supportive staff. Clean and well maintained. The room was handicapped accessible and very comfortable!

Safest, cleanest, best facility in the Ashtabula area. (Seriously, don't go anywhere else. Yuck.)

The facilities are modern, the rooms are up to date and classy.

The front desk staff went above and beyond. My mother was having trouble getting around on her walker, and couldn't really hold herself up and both women rushed right to her aid without hesitation. No one these days does that, no one. I can't thank them enough for their patience and help. They were incredible. (Thank you both, again, so much!)

Prices are comparable and you get what you pay for. Absolutely will go back there when I'm able. You're not going to find a better hotel or staff in the area. Period.

The rooms are super nice, the bathrooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast they serve in the morning surpass any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
11/10 easy I will definitely be staying here when I travel

I stayed here for a little over 2 months and had a great experience. Hotel staff did an amazing job keeping room, hallways and lobby clean and presentable. Julie Mock the General Manager was very polite when I had questions or concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in her hotel.

Best service around, the hotel is amazing. Management is doing something right.

Great place to base your wine weekend from. Very new, clean, and friendly staff.
