this branch is awful if you have to go to US Bank avoid this location it has the lowest rating for a reason. the tellers are ignorant of basic banking policy & regulations. we had to deal with a real Karen who was so lacking in intelligence it was mind blowing.

It has been at least 2 months since stop payment was applied to my acct because of fraud. Claimed old acct was closed but still open, all checks returned with svc fees. I was told to contact Melissa, Ashtabula branch and she would refund fees I had to pay. She wouldn't even listen and doesn't know how to diffuse an angry situation. Why they made her a manager, I will never know plus she's a liar. US Bank you need to demote her or get rid of her.

Half way through atm withdrawal and power went out. Apparently it happens a lot from what I heard staff say yet they have no UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to prevent hard crashes. Bank card lost now and system still down 20 minutes later

I will be canceling all my accounts with this bank as soon as I get out of the hospital. They have horrible customer service and refuse to work with you.
