Very secure and easy to find entrance. Units are in great condition. Phone assistant/operator is very down to earth, helpful and patient

I definitely recommend this storage facility. The manager is so nice. I was very pleased with their rates. The unit was nice and clean. Pass code access assured me me belongings were safe and secure. And I could access my unit any time I needed to. Of I ever need storage again I will definitely return

Nice storage space but you can never get anyone on the phone. They call back later when you are no longer available

Terrible place. Cannot get ahold of anyone by phone or physically in office during supposed “office hours”. Tried 5+ times to close account. Finally received a call back after all these attempts and was told everything was complete and the account was closed and the payments would be stopped. I also asked about my security deposit that was paid, just to be told that they “don’t know about that and will have to look into it”. How do you not see that on someone’s account when you look at it? All records of that should show up as soon as you pull up a customers information. Now, here we are three weeks later, I was charged on a supposedly closed account and a unit that has been empty for 3.5 weeks. Would not recommend this disorganized business to anyone.

They have terrible customer service. They don't answer questions asked and instead go in circles. I vacated my unit early and they don't give you a refund if you don't use the unit for the full month paid for. I will never use them again!
