Everybody was friendly and courteous. We brought our car in because we were having problems with the tires needing air even though we put air in them. We thought it was because of the cold air but I let them know that I had to put air in one of the tires back in October when the weather was warm. Mechanic told us that it was something that happened at the factory. It was fixed in no time and we have had no problems since then. We are so happy that we bought our car from them. We love the car.
