I've been banking with Generations for almost 20 yrs. Always professional and happy to help especially Denise. If anyone deserves a praise and raise its her. With my multi accounts and my misunderstandings she's had to deal with...this lady is a rock star!!! Even My grandmother, who doesn't like anyone, will wait for Denise to help her bc of her excellent customer service.

We've been coming here for quite a few yrs now. Great employee's that work there. Very friendly and helpful. When we bought our first house through them they were very patient with us and answered any questions when we asked. Almost like someone holding your hand but also letting us do our thing. When we closed on our first house they gave us a very nice emergency Red cross back full of all the things you need in an emergency. These folks are always smiling and truly happy to be at work.
