The Dr was very professional and took her time with each of my kiddos.. all of the staff were very friendly and informative. Very pleased. Great place! Definitely recommend this place :)

I was very nervous about my appointment because I normally go to a different eye Dr. that I've went to for years. I was unable to get in to see them until December. Within minutes of meeting the eye Dr. at SVS he put me at ease & made me comfortable & he was very caring & listened to my concerns.
I was referred to SVS by my sister & my friend & will definitely be referring my family & friends to SVS.

I do have insurance but your prices are excellent, I had $50 leftover from my eye exam, frames & lens. My allotted insurance amount is $300 so that speaks for itself. I rate SVS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 2 young ladies that were there Friday, October 27th, 2023, are your Vision Centers best. Their caring, compassionate personalities , was something this Grandmother needed. They deserve recognition!!!!!!

The whole experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was pleasant and extremely fast. The doc was great and the ladies were amazing!

SVS still trying to catch up on appointments. After several frustrating attempts to book, I was able to slide into a cancellation during a visit to fix my frames. Generally, appointments are on time. Very professional and efficient once underway. Excellent guidance on selections of frame and lenses. Have purchased numerous eyewear here and never disappointed. Good quality merchandise with many choices. Can’t speak of pricing but lower end is limited. So far, I have no reason to go elsewhere.

Everyone in the office were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. The Dr.doing my eye exam was very professional and took his time to make sure that I understood each procedure of the exam.

Went I went into SVS in Adrian I knew what glasses I wanted to get and in what color. They didn’t have the color in stock, so they called around to make sure they could make my order happen. Now I’m confidently wearing the exact glasses, in the exact color that I really wanted. The staff in Adrian are always friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Not only was my Dr. incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, Jayme at the front desk went far out of her way to make sure I would be satisfied and happy with my new pair of glasses.

Between working with me while trying on multiple pairs of frames, because of my oversized head, and helping me solve some niche issues I had been having with my old frames; she really made the difference in my experience here. Will gladly come back for any vision-related needs.

My appointment today was a very pleasant experience. Troy, the optician, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Lee was very thorough and explained everything to me. The front office staff was welcoming the moment I walked in the door. I have gone to SVS for awhile now and every appointment has been very good.

I called them in the hopes that they repair glasses. One of my nose pieces fell off. To my delight they said to just stop by, no apt needed. Was literally there 5 minutes and they put 2 new nose pieces on. I didn't even buy my glasses there. And they didn't charge me! Wow. You can bet I'll be shopping for my next pair of glasses here. Thanks so much!

Doctor was very professional, thorough and explained all options while being realistic in the decisions being mine (need for bifocals). Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable appointment, no rush to decide. Selection of frames adequate but could be more diverse, as I like some less more unique options.

My brother is a deaf mute. And needed new glasses . The young man that waited on us was very professional. He did an awesome job taking care of my Brothers needs. Excellent job.

Well I was told by one girl I had to get large frames because of my bifocal. A gentleman found two frames that were smaller and fit my face better he said that I like them better too. So I've got many compliments on them already thank you SVS

Sondra even let me try on a temporary pair of contacts and let me know that my glasses and contacts will be available in about a week. The store was clean and the decor was clean as well. Great service and my complicated script is very clear

Everyone was kind and helpful. My daughter and I were greeted with smiles and a quick hello as soon as we entered the office. Every staff member was respectful, professional, and friendly the entire time we were there for my daughter's eye exam. All of our questions were answered, we didn't feel rushed or like it was a bother to help us. Would recommend this office highly.

Had to get a replacement pair of glasses because of puppy chewing up . They were great! Decent price to replace. Fast timing on getting them back. People were awesome!
