Service was fast and the food was great. My cashier Norman was very friendly and provided a great experience. Will be coming back for sure.

Excellent! Food was very fresh, staff super friendly, and hardly no wait! Definitely better than the clown college across the street an just as cheap as Ronnie's place too. Ik my new go to spot when in town to visit family! Thanks rallys for the great experience we will definitely be back!

Fast, friendly service, I love the fries, im obsessed with the double mushroom and Swiss! I add an additional slice of Swiss and its like a Philly cheese steak Hamburger.

Love the people that work here. For the last 6 years they have been curtious, friendly, and a great service. And their food tastes great too.

I wanted to share my visit, although I've been stopping by for a few years. It looked like a manager was training a new employee and the kid was pretty nervous (this was the walk up window). Not once did the manager raise their voice and he took time to explain the right way to do things. You earned my business with the food, but the 5 stars are from your employees. It's always been a good experience with this place and I'm always glad to see them open.

You too will be saying...Yummy oh and the apple pies are so good. I get extra to save for breakfast and a hot cup of coffee. Yummy yummy yummy.

They're SUPER nice and my son wouldn't stop going off about how delicious everything was.
I asked what burger would be closest to the Garlic Butter Burger that they used to have. The girl didn't know so she asked a coworker. No one knew, so she very politely and patiently suggested I tell her what was on it so they could make it. Then she suggested some garlic sauce and it did the trick. The girl, whose name, I believe is Kat, was so sweet and helpful.
My 10 year old son went off about the service too. She was so nice that he kept insisting I rate them five stars. So I'm doing that. He said we're going there now. lol. He's got a new obsession. It's so hard to get good customer service nowadays. Very refreshing to go to a place where the people are welcoming and want you to love your meal, like the good ol days when I worked in food service. Even my son said how rare excellent service is, so we just wanted to make sure to give credit where it's absolutely due. My son said Rallys needs to give her a raise.

I was a little off put by the ordering system but other than that it was a great drive-thru experience. I will definitely come back here again. The people were very friendly, the service was quick and the food was delightful. I have not been to Rally's very much but this was an overall very good experience.

They have a really cool automated ordering system at the drive thru, service is friendly super fast. Food is always fresh. Easily the best Rally's I've been to, since childhood.

Every fast food employee should have to come here to learn the right way to build a sandwich! Great burgers and fries at the best price. Very friendly staff. How Rally's has not supplanted Burger King and Wendy's as second most popular burger joint is beyond me.

The new ordering (well new to me), was the automated computer voice. I even ordered my burger without lettuce and it was done correctly. Love their French fries. The apple pies were 2 for $1 and now I am addicted to them.

This was my 2nd visit to this location, and both times the customer service was impeccable. My sandwiches, fries & pies were all bangin'. My only 'complaint' is the milkshake I ordered today had sooo much strawberry flavoring that it was almost red (instead of pink). It also was not cold; just barely cool. Overall I would definitely visit again.

Better than several of the larger chains. Love their fries. The burgers are juicy and don't taste as if they've been frozen for weeks. Coke products served here. Service was quick too.
