The staff is INCREDIBLE. Friendly and able to work with my schedule when making appointments. My Dr. is THE BEST. Always explained things so I understood without talking down to me, very friendly and would recommend this office and Dr. To anyone that asked.

An amazing group of doctors, nurses, coordinators and anything else I missed. Personally I received care from Dr. Bonacci and he along with Dr. Smith completed my RNY on 06/22. I could not thank this group enough for the amazing care I was given. Along with the Gratiot hospital. Such an fantastic group of professionals who are providing an excellent level of care! Thank you again for everything! I look forward to continue coming back for my routine visits! And will always remember to mention this group whenever I hear someone asking about bariatric surgery! The process is smooth, the communication is top notch, and I am grateful to have found them.

I went for a consult a few weeks ago and was unsure about the surgeon. Today was my procedure and I can’t even begin to explain how unvalid my fears were. Dr. Cudjoe was so kind and reassuring (and very capable) I would definitely recommend him for any of your surgical needs.

A little frustrated with wait times and location tracking, but ultimately I was in and out quickly. I am hoping the follow up and scheduling is as quick too.

I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors, but the office staff, Lisa in particular is horrible! She sat on my file for months telling me she didn’t know how to bill it. I need a revision for medical reasons not for weight loss surgery. I am now forced to look for another doctor because my pain is getting so bad I can’t stand it. Lisa doesn’t return calls, refuses to call and verify with the insurance company and couldn’t be more incompetent in her job. I discussed this with Dr. Cujoe and his response was, I know nothing about the billing side. He is a wonderful doctor but his office staff is going to hurt the practice!

THE WRONG PLACE TO GO FOR GOOD CARE. They are rude , Bigoted tords LGBQ
They will keep canceling your appointments at the last minute, and when you complain. They keep telling to go somewhere else.
My Michigan should cancel there contract and find better Doctor and staff

Doctor refused to do procedure because nurse was unable to properly use machine. Doctor also refused to look in medical file.
