Excellent as always. Fresh, hot food served by very friendly staff make for a lovely evening out. Dining partner had the carnitas; I had the chicken chimichanga. Both were very flavorful. A strawberry daiquiri and a margarita rounded out a pleasant dinner. Highly recommended.

I love Mexican food and this place is one of the best I've had. I could of eaten just a plate of their rice it was so flavorful. Chicken, beef, shrimp, or a combo. Everything is delicious.

The food is very authentic & delicious.
Flavor is usually missing in ALOT of different Mexican Restaurants, but not here. The mixture of light onions and garlic in the dishes is an absolute delight.
We live 2 1/2 hours away and we will definitely be back!!!!!

Ice cold beer on tap and hot fresh great food with generous portion sizes at fair prices. Trifecta. Try it out!

I came here because I heard the Diet Coke was amazing. I had regular Coke but if the Diet version was anything like the sugar saturated version I had it would taste as expected.
The only place to park was curb-side which was way too convenient. I'm also upset that this place didn't have authentic Mexican blonde-girls who talk like they are from the valley in California.

I'm from California. I know Mexican food. So far the most reasonably priced, best tasting Mexican food I have found in Illinois.

After being disappointed by the pub around the corner, we were very pleased to be greeted (from across the restaurant even) immediately when we walked it. Taken to a clean table and served promptly. Ordered the paella (not sure if the spelling is right) which was beyond amazing. I was skeptical of a Mexican restaurant in Illinois (we are from Texas) but it was amazing.

Food was absolutely incredible and the service was quick and friendly! I was visiting from out of town but if I lived nearby I would eat here every week! Serving was huge and I cleared my plate, couldn’t put it down! Highly recommend

Every time we go here, we enjoy the fresh food, friendly service, and clean environment. The chimichanga dinner is a favorite with a cold glass of horchata. We usually run into an acquaintance or two and enjoy the unplanned visit even more. I would highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.

Some of the best Mexican fair I've had perdiod! The staff is usually super nice and the food comes out super quickly!! does have the typical Mexican restaurant decor, but also a really nice seasonal outdoor dining area!

The chips are always warm and crisp, the salsa is delicious. Food comes out quick and is hot and delicious. Best, Mexican restaurant around!

amazing and really fast service! my boyfriend and i went in tonight for dinner at about 8pm, there was a few people inside and we decide to eat in. we were greeted immediately , and taken to a table. the server we had was outstanding and so nice. he constantly checked up on us and was quick to make suggestions and recommendations. food was out in less than 10 minutes of ordering and everything was hot and exceptional. we will definitely be coming back before moving!

Tucked away in a small town. They had great food for decent prices. Server was prompt & friendly. All around great sit down restaurant.
