Went to their place after a terrible experience that put me in a bind right before Christmas. The guys at Trinity Ordnance worked with me and helped me so much. I shop there all the time and practice my shooting. Staff is always friendly and well informed. Prices are good to fair, too bad the range is pistols only.

I was amazed at the knowledge of everyone. I ended up getting a personalized holster for my gun. They had a great selection of colors and material designs at such economical prices. The turn around time was fast. No other place I would rather go. 👍👍👍👍

Recently went to Trinity for a faulty factory mag that they replaced and their service has always been great over the years showing excellent customer service again and again. Trinity Ordnance in my opinion is a rare breed that has the characteristics and knows what it takes to keep lifelong customers.

Visiting from York PA. Been professionally carrying a gun for 30 years. Stopped in to look at pistols for my daughter who lives here. The guys at the shop where very friendly and helpful. Liked the vibe we got and will be back. Neat shop.

Been doing business here for 8+ years and it’s an easy #1 for me. Sure, hard times and some obstacles hit, but if you pop in it’s really making a huge comeback. Not many stores can say that. Having known the owner personally you would be amazed at how above and beyond he goes for new and regular customers behind the scenes. The cerakote is amazing, the prices are on par with online and they never turn down a fella making a trade offer. You have got to stop in AT LEAST once. New and used guns, cerakote examples, and fun stuff to look at.

Really knowledgeable and helpful. At this moment of time not much inventory however. Custom jobs available too, cerekote and milling.

The staff members were extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to unlike a lot of other stores. When I asked about getting some custom work done on a firearm they even took the time to walk me through the different options and explain the pros and cons of all of them.
I plan to recommend this business to the other officers in my department as well as friends looking for a positive gun buying experience.

UPDATE: Just back from another visit to my go-to firearms dealer. Another pleasant, professional transaction! The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and they're customer focused. I appreciate the consideration I find here as opposed to "outfitter" stores that take customers for granted. In the past I have used Trinity for sales, gunsmithing service and the purchase of accessories. These are the people I recommend.

WAS: This great store has what customers want most: a staff that is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Prices are very good, especially when compared to the major brand/sporting goods mega-stores.
Staff is knowledgeable, as a veteran I appreciated their patience at some of my detailed-technical questions.

I have never been in a Gun Shop and felt more at home and ease. The store employees are very polite and very attentive and very knowledgeable in all products. I enjoyed the whole experience and would love to continue business here in the near future. I don't want to go to any other Gun Shop for my defensive needs again. I am sold on this company. The owners are amazing men and strive for excellence. I know they have worked their butts off in order to open this location and they work hard everyday to provide the best customer service in their field. I was blown away by the whole store.
