I needed to get my passport updated and they took care of me and three families in an hour. Nice people. Very helpful and patient. I highly recommend this location. I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews. I highly recommend them.

I had the BEST customer service today! I live out on a rural route and my packages were not left due to my dog. I always try and have him put up as to not interfer with a delivery. I found out my usual carrier was off today and they sent someone new to just deliver packages. I wasn’t home because he tried to deliver my packages MUCH earlier than normal. I look and see I have an exception for my packages. It is by now 12:45. I decided to call the McKinney Post Office. A very nice lady named Karen answered the phone. Mind you they close at noon on Saturday. Karen was awesome! She took the time to track down my packages. They had been brought back to the post office by that time. The items in the boxes were perishable. She said I could come pick the packages up. Ask for her supervisor Kendra. I drove up to the post office were I was instructed to go. Everyone I talked to in the loading area was very nice. Kendra came out and even delivered my three packages to my vehicle. I was very appreciative of the exceptional customer service I received today. Thanks again. 👏👏👏👏👏

I very rarely have problems with our post office here. I have always considered the Post Office a part of our government and not a business; there for my love of country goes to the US Post Office as well.

My wife mailed some important mail last week and it still has not been delivered and it usually is the next day.

I do not know if it is because of the Day After Tomorrow like storm we had or what. I figured it might help people if I wrote this review though.

I am updating this review a few days latter to say the letters did arrive. Good job; McKinney Post Office!

I hope the bill people will not charge late fees because of this kind of thing. I think all late fees like this should be illegal.

I don’t know why so many people made the rating on this location so horrible. I feel like the service is what it should be. Yes I understand bad attitude and such, but everytime I come here, considering a lot because I do part time selling online, it requires a lot of shipment, and through USPS, I get great, quick service everytime. People gotta understand they work from open to close everyday. 9-6 is a long, overbearing shift that can put anyone in a bad mood just because of the timing. So please understand this aspect because customer service can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, considering I work not only part time online selling but in fast food.

I don't remember her name, but I spoke to a lady that helped me regarding a package that was rerouted for delivery. She took time to check the status of why it wasn't being delivered to my home, and made sure to put an alert ( some warning for when the next person scans it) in order to send it to the right post office and be delivered to me. This package has been floating around post offices for a few days. After her help it was delivered the next day!

Dang, I’m shocked that so many people have issues with this post office :O I just moved here from Arkansas, and I’ve had zero issues. I have many subscription boxes, and I got them all on time. I don’t really know when the carrier comes during the day, but I’m not like... waiting at the door for my mail so lol. I live in an apartment. Sometimes I get other people’s mail. It doesn’t bother me bc I just give them their mail or give it to the office. Mistakes happen, and I’m sure in an apartment complex, it’s easy to miss the numbers when you’re on a time crunch. I went to the post office once already to mail something off; they were nice. About a 20 minute wait for five people in front of me. I guess people aren’t kidding when they say millennials have more patience bc I feel like it’s mainly older people complaining about trivial things.

Gianne and the lady with orange acrylics were very polite and helpful they made passport renewal and mailing easily

Employees provide excellent service in occasionally stressful situations. Have had and seen employees go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Employees evidence professional demeanor with every customer transaction.

The passport service was professional and efficient. Their attitude was empathetic and friendly which helped towards
the overall experience. Sushmita was of tremendous assistance.

I really appreciate my post office. The staff is wonderfully helpful. The precautions taken to keep us safe during the plague of 2020 are great. I also love my mailman.

This office, though often very busy, is very efficient and friendly. Workers seem to move the line quickly, but they are always pleasant and helpful.

Came in Monday afternoon just before closing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Took care of me and got my package sent off just in time.

Gave them 5 stars because I'm hoping they're actually nice people, and I just caught them, in particular, their Passport Agent, when they were having a rough day. Hope things get better for them soon.
