Colina Homes at Sierra Vista

Recently move in and Pedro Jasso’s been so helpful, providing the guidance needed in my new house promptly and on timely manner. I highly recommend him and greatly appreciated your have him around.

Mr Pedro Jasso(builder) is great. Everytime I have had a question or concerns he is quick to send someone or come by himself to fix it.

Colina Homes is a builder I feel you get the best bang for your buck in the middle market. You get a nice home but doesn't come with the high end finishes. But this is an easy fix to customize things.

From the sales perspective, my process was all over the place. The sales people kept changing so I had to stay on top of them and the process. Also, closing was rushed and felt pressured since I had additional questions. Almost as if they were going to term my contract. Also, as a buyer we were along to do a blue tap walk through because of the rush so we recommend hiring an inspection.

Contractor - the contractor is knowledgeable and fixed a few things that's were not correct. He would explain the way things are and why.

Colina Homes is not trustworthy. They used low-quality contractors who use super cheap materials in their work. Things fall apart soon after moving it.

Absolutely terrible builders and sales agents. They will put you under contract but then terminate it just so they can get a higher price. Such a disgrace to new construction homes and you can tell how greedy they are in their business. I would highly suggest no one to use Colina, especially since they put that the seller can terminate without cause in their contract, regardless of the time of the transaction. Highly disappointed. Learn from your competitors like D.R. Horton. Do better.
