Whitetop Yoga

Love that they offer virtual classes! I live in rural East TN and driving to and from yoga class just takes up too much of my day. Having the option to take class at home really makes it feasible for me and they welcome me to class as if I walked through their door. I enjoy their classes and having a number of instructors to choose from is a plus.

Great space, great people. Nothing is better than starting or ending your day with the amazing instructors at White Top Yoga! Have been attending regularly since May and I appreciate the attention that each instructor has given to be sure that everyone in the class has a great experience regardless of their comfort level with yoga. This beautiful and peaceful studio is truly an unbelievable asset to our community and to me personally, so what more can I say except, I love White Top Yoga!

I have loved Whitetop Yoga since the first day I attended class. The new barn space is great. It is very inviting and there is a sense of calm as soon as you walk in the door. I have taken a variety of classes with different teachers and can honestly say I have enjoyed them all! This is a great studio for beginners and longtime yogis. I'm not an overly motivated person when it comes to taking care of myself so it helps that my yoga instructors at Whitetop make me want to attend classes. They're supportive, helpful, fun, nice, cheerful and always encouraging us to listen to our bodies and ourselves because we all work differently. I feel better (mind, body and soul) after a class at Whitetop. ❤

Whitetop Yoga offers something for everyone. I can't imagine a better place to start or continue one's wellness journey. The studio is a place of calm, and the wonderful instructors inspire.

I have taken classes at Whitetop yoga for several years. I have found the studio to be inclusive and accessible for all types of students. The instructors are welcoming and helpful with modifications for all body types. A variety of classes are offered each week.

Really enjoyed the classes that my friend from Abingdon invited me to attend during my spring break visit in VA. Thank you Charlyn! Class was very welcoming and teacher Julie was awesome! The class is very relaxed and mind you, it was a great relief for me that it was a NO OVER ACHIEVER environment. Everyone came to class to be one with their body, mind and spirit (true essence of YOGA) and that's what teacher Julie brings out in her classes. Thank you Teacher Julie =) Namaste.
