The Crestwood Condominiums

We traveled with a group of almost 50 during the week of February 3 - 10 and we were very impressed with both the accommodations and the staff. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our needs. I didn't personally utilize the ski shop, but heard raving reviews from several in our group of the assistance received there. Our 1-Bedroom Standard Unit was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.

Family skiing made easy. We had a great stay at The Crestwood recently. The ski locker and ski concierge was awesome, clip in and ski less than a minute to the Village Express chair. Close to the village and an easy ride up Skittles to the Mall. Awesome hot tubs for weary legs after a day on the slopes. We will be back

Our family of 9 stayed at the Crestwood for 12 wonderful nights. From Amy at the front desk to Taylor and his team (twin bots) at the ski shop; the team made our family holiday an amazing experience with so many fond memories. We can’t wait to get back to snowmass and do it all again with the team at Crestwood. Lastly, to Ryan, may you’re prayers for a Lions Super Bowl victory come true 😂👊

Our family has stayed at the crestwood many times over the years. The kids love the pool and the short walk to the village. My wife and I love how family friendly the property is and the variety of room types that are offered. Our most recent stay reconfirmed that we will be returning anytime we visit Snowmass. Ryan at the ft desk and the housekeeping crew were incredible!! After being home for over a week my wife remixed that she was missing multiple garments. I made the call to see if we possibly left them in a dresser drawer. Ryan politely answered my call and showed genuine concern that we may have left items during our stay. He promptly crafted a plan and informed me of what he would do. Created an expectation for him to call me back and then did exactly what he said he would do. My wife was thrilled to know her clothes had been found and would be mailed back to us. She then quickly was upset with me because I didn’t check her drawers 😂. Thank you Ryan and the housekeeping team that took notice and care with the items we left by mistake. The crestwood will continue to be our #1 pick in Snowmass!!

Very nice condos located next to the Village Express lift. The condo complex includes 2 hot tubs, a swimming pool, a workout gym, and a sauna.

Nice place to stay at while in Snowmass. This hotel is like a village with different buildings with rooms and one other building where reception is. Staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage (since they don’t have carts) , easy to locate the room, great location, and clean room! The beds were also pretty comfortable to sleep in too.

They do have parking available as well. So, to sum it up, awesome hotel. Will definitely recommend staying here while in Snowmass.

My family of 5 stayed here during to summer season to visit the mountain bike park. We had a wonderful stay. We were very fortunate to stay in an amazing condo. I think it was worth booking the more expensive "level" to ensure that the condo was updated. We had a condo with an upstairs loft that was left for the 3 kids. The location was amazing. In the summer season not all of the restaurants were open, but Snowmass is also not crowded, so there were many options. The grocery store in the complex was fantastic, so we ended up cooking dinners in the condo. It was great to go down to the "Village" in the evenings and have a drink by the fire pits while the kids played corn hole, soccer and got ice cream. One of our best vacations to date!

Far exceeded expectations. For the price I paid for a summer stay, I did not expect such quality service. Our condo was immaculate, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job with housekeeping. Interactions with the front desk staff were always kind and helpful. Loved the pool, hot tubs, and location of these condos. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here last July for a week of mountain biking. The Crestwood is amazing. Very clean. Super close to the lifts (walking distance for sure). Plan on staying here again.

Beyond excellent! Our unit was perfectly situated, well stocked, comfortable. Staff was amazing. Appreciative, professional, responsive, kind, generous. They all seem to work so well together and it shows in the customer experience. I can't name a single thing they weren't willing to answer, assist with, accomodate. All of those working the front desk, who share shuttle responsibilities, among other things, seem to genuinely like working together and are obviously grateful for the opportunity to live and work there. This is a repeat business place. Amazingly well run.

Location was amazing. We were able to walk across the parking lot from our unit to the ski rental shop. They let us store our skis there overnight as well, and in the morning we'd walk over, gear up, and ski down to the lifts. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful, and they even called us the night before departure to see if we needed a ride to the airport. Our unit was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. Yes the furniture and the decor are a bit dated, but the place was in great condition and was a great value for the price.

Loved the Crestwood. We booked the one bedroom loft option and that was a great family solution. Shuttle service was great around town and to airport. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Daily service in the room was a nice touch for keeping dishes clean and towels versus a Vrbo type rental. The condo is right on the slope to the gondola so you can stop in at any time for snack, lunch, etc. Incline ski rental is onsite and can’t be any easier to rent, store and return. Hot tubs were nice and hot. All and all this is a great place to ski - you can find more luxury elsewhere but for our family this checked all the boxes. We will be back.

I'm so glad we found and booked our stay at Crestwood! The huge One bedroom (1 bed) + Loft (3 beds) and a huge sofa bed was the perfect mini-retreat for our family. It had everything we needed including a full kitchen and two full bathrooms, great location and an awesome view. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I've already recommended to others already and we'll definitely be booking there again this summer!

Really beautiful property in the heart of the village. Really big clean units and the location is tough to beat. Grounds are well kept and look great.

Two of us rented a third floor room with the loft. It was extremely clean, lots of books,games etc. More than enough tv's and beds had we decided to bring kids. The view was great the hot tub was great the food options up by the mall were amazing. I left two rings and they were returned to me the day after they were found. The kitchen was fully stocked & even had cook books. We loved everything about it and are now planning yearly trips with friends and will be returning hopefully to the same room!!

The place was very nice. Beautiful views from the wraparound porch. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 toddlers. Decent price for the space. Employees there were very please and more than happy to help with anything you needed. Great place to stay in the summer. And probably even better in ski season

The perfect place to enjoy a last hurrah for summer. The unit was spotless, well equipped, and steps from the pool and hot tub. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and good restaurants were a gondola ride away. I wish we had (much) more time to enjoy there, so I'm reasonably certain we'll be returning. Hopefully soon.

The area is amazing! Views among the best. The kitchenette in the unit helped so we weren't eating out every meal. Quiet surroundings. The customer service is great and they have shuttles to take you where you want to go in snowmass (they do not go into aspen).

A great place to stay in Snowmass. Location (ski in / out) was brilliant as was the 1 bedroom condo we had. Views to the mountain were terrific. The services available from the whole CW team were terrific. Easy stroll to either Snowmass mall or the village.

The crestwood is an amazing place. It is right on the slopes of aspen Snowmass and I love it. The service is great. The people are great. We even get our own ski shop. There is also really big, updated rooms, and multiple hot tubs and a big pool.
