Capitol Peak Lodge by Snowmass Mountain Lodging

Stayed at the Capital Peak Lodge in a one bedroom suite during our visit to Snowmass this time. The hotel is more like a condo set-up, which is great as it feels like your own apartment at an amazing resort but on the flip side it doesn't have all of the benefits of a full service hotel like the Viceroy. The location can not be beat as the Elk Camp Gondola is right out in front of the property. Check-in and parking were a little awkward as we had to check in at the Stonebridge Inn, then drive over to Capital Peak, but once we were settled in, all went well!

Great experience! The location and amenities were unbeatable. W/D and fireplace! We also had a balcony. Within walking distance to Snowmass this location is perfect! Mitch? I think that was his name helped us find the parking on our first day—it’s a little hard finding parking since the gpa takes you to the building next door. The staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly in helping us find the place. Overall I would stay here again. A combination of value for price, sheer quality of the space, location, and professionalism of the staff makes returning here a no brainer! Highly recommend

Excellent stay at Capitol Peak Lodge! The property is extremely well-kept and perfectly located for those wanting quick access to the ski lifts... as well as the world class restaurants & fun activities the Snowmass base village has to offer. Snowmass Mountain Lodging / East West made sure everything went smoothly — I highly recommend their services! All in all, you can't go wrong if you book at Capitol Peak Lodge. You will have a fantastic time!

It was really a great experience with the personnel at Captiol peak who took utmost care of many of my needs, be it a quick ride to a restaurant late in the evening or giving me useful suggestions on things to do around in the place. Patrick the front desk in-charge was an awesome guy and very helpful during my stay. The condo itself was well maintained and really nice. It is also a great location walkable distance to skiing areas. Would definitely recommend the place and ask for Patrick for anything really!

Best location, right in the middle of base village, all suites and 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms available. Ski lockers included, parking in garage not outside so no dealing with snow. Right by bus station to Aspen and other ski slopes. Room was great with nice kitchen and stone fireplace, comfy bed and nice bathroom with double sinks. Boot warmer, washer dry and humidifier make even more comfortable! Condo 3313 was a corner so tons of light and had extra perks like a light up magnified makeup mirror, large balcony and a view to the gondola so we could see everyone. Comes with a ski locker and its 10 paces to the main gondola, great ski in , ski out.

Extremely good place to stay in Snowmass. The snowman village is amazing and is easily accessible. Service is great and the views from the place is the best!

Nice and roomy 3 BR / 2BA close to lifts, and a good value when we visited (September). Fantastic weather and scenery.

Guest service was above friendly, helpful and very informative, making getting around an easier task for out of towners.

Staff was a pleasure to work with and helped me find the perfect unit for my stay this past fall
