Very friendly and knowledgeable about their own bikes. They were able to answer most of the questions that I had, and offered to look at my bike, an eBike, but the owner(?) seemed legitimately confused about my brand of bike and how to repair the issue I'm having. It makes it difficult to want to allow someone access to my investment if I can't trust they will be able to repair it.

Overall, a good experience, I just won't be bringing my own bike here.

I can't thank Dan at Broadway Bike Co. enough for the professionalism and the great experience he gave me when I came in just to look at some bikes. I didn't intend to purchase a bike at all, but I wanted to see what there was for options. Dan shared a ton of very useful information with me which led me to testing a few bikes, and the next day purchasing one!

The very best service you could ask for! Dan is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find my perfect bike and gave me all the information I could need for it. He also showed me how to take my front tire off which I have never seen before. Absolutely the best experience I've had in any shop.

I had an excellent first experience at Broadway Bike Co. and bought a new electric assist bike for my wife and it has been a game changer. We love to bike however, we don't have the same abilities and the electric assist bike solved that imbalance. We bike more often and farther now than ever. The folks at Broadway Bike were both knowledgeable, competitive, and most importantly local.

I'm a 66 year old man 370lbs and i wanted a bike. Definitely not the easiest customer in the world plus I haven't ridden in at least 20 years and I have a number of medical issues. I half expected to be laughed at and quickly dismissed. What happened was Dan made me feel like any normal customer. He did a great job listening to my wants and needs then spent a long time addressing all my special problems and concerns. I left with a great bike that fits me and my budget .I can't say enough good about my experience. I don't care how far away you live broadway bikes and Dan are worth the drive.PS its been 6 months now AND I'VE LOST 46LBS.I sure love my bike and broadway bikes

Amazing customer service! We traveled to Albert Lea to camp and on the way my bike was damaged. It was looking like we were going to have to spend the weekend sitting around the camp site, until we gave Broadway a call. My bike was fixed that same morning with plenty of time to enjoy the great trails in the area! Thank you so much!!!
