Great deals on food and they have my daughter's favorite cotton candy grapes. They have outher flavors as well. They also sell hot wheels. That is a huge bonus to shop there. In my opinion anyway lol

Love Shaw's❤ I'm so sick of Hanafords and the other second rate grocery stores up here. The bakery selection has Barry quality food, 100 times better than other grocery stores in Maine. Employees are very thoughtful and nice! Store is very clean😊

I've never had a problem at Shaws, employees or products. Everyone, no matter what location, is so nice to me. Maybe it's just me, but they are nice. Most of the stores are clean and organized.

I like that I can get in and out of this store pretty quickly. The have a good selection of the items I often need. The prices are about the same as everywhere else in town.

I was calling around trying to find the best lobster prices for a Valentine's Day dinner and after calling all local places in the area I found prices ranging from 899 a pound all the way up to 15 99 per pound. I decided to check Shaw's before going to the Lesser place and found out that they in fact have them for $4.99 per pound which was the best price by far. Even though the seafood department was extremely busy the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and still took the time to answer all of my questions. Upon getting to the register I had an issue with a coupon that I had and a very nice lady by the name of Lisa came over and assisted me and got me on my way. The prices at Shaw's have been very very competitive to say the very least in fact sometimes they are extremely low on some of their meat and that makes it very convenient and affordable to shop there with two growing boys. I will certainly continue to shop here as my first choice.

During a recent visit I visited the service desk due to a question on pricing and a refund. The service manager was very professional and quickly answered my question and cleared up all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this establishment that show's concern for how their customers feel after shopping there. Also great and fresh food!

Store well organized. Shelves well stocked considering shortages of certain products. The need for more cashiers is evident but self check-out was quick.

Pleased with our local Shaw’s. I have to say, I have never seen reserved “customer with infant” parking. This is so thoughtful and heart warming as I HAD to pick up a few things with my infant, and it was windy and only 14 degrees out! Thank you so much Shaw’s. On top of that the service was so friendly and I bought the most GORGEOUS STRAWBERRIES, buy one get one free!

Accessible but not an easy walk from where I am currently staying. Some selections have dwindled a bit and of course you must bring your own bag or be forced into purchasing them where they were free for a courtesy for your business. Not any more since Maine forced everyone into enduring a bagless era during this pandemic period as if contending with this hysteria of pandemic and forced immuno therapy in the form of vaccination that apparently fails to work if you require boosters to assist the so-called vaccine!

Great store. Products I need are readily available. Superior customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn't have one of the sale items today. ☹

Shaws was great when I went. Got some ice cream on sale haha. Haven't had issues here but don't usually shop here. I forget about it.

I usually shop at Shaw's on KMD in Waterville, but I may start going to Augusta because they seem to be better for stocked on products especially in the dairy department. Very nice!

It was a good experience, very organized. Some areas (produce) were hard to outline, (understandable) and I noticed people looking for the direction. I just worked my way around them. It was sad to see people polarized when the clear direction was not laid out as the rest of the store was. Not to say it should, even could be. Just sayin'. Sad sign of the times I guess.

The absolute best Shaw’s store in Maine. The produce department is absolutely perfect. The assistant produce manager does an incredible job making it look perfect. I won’t go anywhere else.
