Aubuchon Hardware

Great locally owned hardware store right in the middle of town. Service and selection are top notch and prices are in line with similar stores in the area. This store is a perfect "quick grab" place when you just need something to finish a project or get some good advice.

The associate took lots of time helping me pick out the right stain for my project and it worked well. Friendly service as usual.

I went in for a specific item.
I was immediately asked if I needed help as I entered the building. As I was making my way to the aisle it was in, again someone asked if I needed help. I believe it came from the managers office.
I found the part I needed in record time, paid cash and on my way!
I love customer service like this!
Time is something we all wish we had more of.
Thanks to the crew present today.

November 2023: once again, Aubuchon is great - shop local!
August 2023: Just a couple of needs, but I was waited on promptly, by a very pleasant person who helped me find exactly what I needed within minutes, and was friendly and efficient and appropriate the entire time. Thank you for employing this man and people like him!

The Augusta store is always extremely helpful, courteous and well stocked. I try to make it a point to stop there before a trip to a big-box retailer. As with all business right now, staffing can be light. If you can be patient with them it is well worth it. It’s nice to go somewhere and get a “hey Chris”. I needed to have a key cut. Quick, easy, cheap and the key worked as it was supposed to

From the simple to the complex, they have expertise and are always very attentive and helpful.
This trip was just to have keys made. I was immediately greeted with a helpful staff member who made the keys for me without delay. I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. The keys, of course, work perfectly.

After order on line, I drive to this location.
As I entered the store, an associate promptly offered assistance after greeting me with a friendly hello. My items were already as I hoped for. Two associates who were both smiling offered to carry the order to my vehicle. I noticed the items I ordered were of good quality. Today, I had an great experience!

I was looking for an item that was out of stock they took the time to order it for me and let me pay for it in advance and also gave me a call at home to let me know that my item had arrived thank you so much for your service

Aubuchon's is a great store, and I love shopping there. They have terrific customer service and just about always have what I need. Their products are good quality at a very good price. I also like to use Aubuchon's on-line shopping site because it is really hassle-free.

Brenda was amazing and gave me a lot of great ideas for painting my kitchen.

Prices are fair and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. Went to get an extendable paint roller, and a staff member ensured I got the one that worked best for my situation, as opposed to the one I'd originally grabbed, which would have made the job several times harder. Highly reccomended.

They always seem to have what I need. Great people also.

I really hope small hardware stores like they stay in business because when you really need help finding a certain item, it’s horrible getting good help at Home Depot or Lowe’s. These guys really do give individualized attention and hope you find what you need. Plus it’s a lot quicker than Walmart Home Depot or Lowe’s will ever be
