This will be the phone store I continue use for all my cell phone needs going forward! Customer Service Representative "Joe" was extremely knowledgable, friendly and patient while assisting my husband and I with the purchase and data transfer of a new cell phone. Great job.....you made our day!

I went into the Randall Road Batavia TMobile store to inquire about a trade in for my current iPhone. Joe the customer representative was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs/questions regarding a possible trade in. He helped me to evaluate the options regarding trade-in value for my current phone. I was about to trade in my phone and Joe noticed that the storage on my current phone was higher than the phone I was trading in for. He highlighted this to me and suggested I order a phone for shipment so I get the same storage. This was an great catch for me as I require higher storage on my phone. We ordered the phone and it's on it's way. Also he offered for me to come back to the store if I need any assistance transferring the data over to my new phone once it arrives. Thanks for great service!

Today I went in to get new phones and there I received amazing customer service. Thank you to Cammie and Allen for helping me out and providing great service and throughly explaining the process and how everything works. Even when other people came into the store, they were able to seamlessly assist all of us. I received excellent service from both employees.

Had a great experience with Kiera. She was very honest and went above and beyond to help me out. There needs to be more people in customer service like her. Her attitude was warm and comforting especially because I had been so frustrated with the T-Mobile 800# reps.

This T-Mobile was super helpful to me. I came in looking to improve my plan and they were quick to upgrade my line and fix my phone. I met both Diana (manager?) and Brittany. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to get me the right plan and phone for me. Girls hooked me up! I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Whoever is the store manager is at this location, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK! Every time I come into this location for whether it is about my bill or wanting to get a new device, the workers here are great, very friendly, and very knowledgeable from all the T-Mobile places I’ve gone to. Very clean and neat, the workers know what they are doing and very easy to talk to!

I love going to this location. I never have a problem when I go here. This will be the store I will visit from now on, even if it’s a longer drive. The manager is always on task and on top of everything. The staff that helped us today was lovely and professional. Great customer service as always! 😊🤗

We had an amazing experience! Myself, along with my parents, made the decision to switch carriers to T-Mobile from AT&T. From the get go we had amazing care and service from Diana and Brittany. Although we had a slight hiccup on our side with our payment, we were able to call the next day and Sarah was beyond helpful in resolving the issue. Once our new phones came in we had to go in to transfer our numbers and what usually is a long boring process, was actually quite enjoyable as all the reps were engaging and very helpful. Highly recommend choosing this store if you’re considering turning magenta!

Glad I came here, Switched from ATT to T-Mobile and Breyanna did a great job switching 4 lines pretty smooth and quickly. She was courteous and helpful in answering all our questions.

I have been a customer at Verizon for over 15 years, but after years of frustration with their failure to offer an adequate international plan I decided to go with T-Mobile. My initial experience with the call center was a little frustrating, so I went to the T-Mobile store in Batavia. There I met Daniel who was incredible. He helped clean up some of the issues from my initial attempt to come to T-Mobile and was awesome and helping bring me and my family over. I highly recommend T-Mobile in general and Daniel in Batavia in particular.

The employees at this store are amazing, I went in this past weekend to get some help with my phone acting up and they upgraded me to a newer phone that I have fallen in love with! Diana, the Manager at this store, made the whole process so smooth, highly recommend this store, these people are very knowledgeable!

Everyone at this location are fantastic! Whitney the manager is very helpful and wonderful!, I'm so glad I found this location in batavia because I did not want to have to deal with the one in the Geneva Commons. They have lied to us so many times and even changed my account either because they didnt know what they were doing or did it deliberately and screwed things up. GO TO BATAVIA THEY ARE THE BEST!!!
