Had the most amazing experience here today, everything from the purchase to the customer service we experienced when we discovered an issue with the purchase were impeccable. Santiago (I believe that’s correct) the manager jumped through hoops making sure we were more than taken care of with an incredibly kind personality and all the while going above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks so much guys!

When the sign says 9pm they really honor that. We walked in at 8:54pm for dog food and they were welcoming not once being annoyed by us being lost and running around the store. Staff working on closing shift 04/06 kudos to you.

The customer service here is phenomenal.
I walked in with a circus of kids. I was instantly greeted by two employees.
Daniel went out of his way in helping me. He took me to the dog food isle, then showed me the exact area. He noticed I was struggling with my children. Instead of walking away he offered more help. He carried my dog food all the way to pay and then to my vehicle. The cashier was also so kind. It took me a minute to get my wallet out and she was respectful and not at all pushy to hurry up or anything like that.
I was not looking forward to this dog food run at all. But the employees at Tractor Supply made it so easy and smooth. Thank you for having such awesome customer service!

The cashiers are great, friendly and helpful. The guys who work there aren't much help though. Customer service isn't a high priority. If you know what you want and where it is, you're fine and they have good products. Update on 8/2022: Since I first posted this, things have much improved with customer service. 5 stars. Cashiers are still 5+ stars. Very friendly & helpful.

I stopped in to ask about some straw for a stray cat shelter. I was greeted immediately and assisted by a young dark haired girl, maybe early 20's. She could not have been nicer to me. I can't recall her name, but my visit was 11/17/22 around 2pm.

Logen the cashier was extremely helpful in pointing me to the exact item I was looking for. Spent less than 5 minutes total in the store thanks to him.

I love this store today Misti helped me to load my purchase in my truck in the parking lot. She was not even clocked in yet and took time off the clock to help me. That is great customer service. Richard has always been a great manager to deal with. Everyone is friendly and polite. Great place to shop.

They had what I was looking for and the employees were very helpful, not only at the store, but on the phone before I went to the store today. One specific employee even helped me out by telling me where I could find a specific item at a cheaper price than what they currently had it for. I'm legally blind so I sometimes need extra help. Tractor Supply not only help me at their store but they help me to get what I was looking for even if I didn't get it from them this time. That's great customer service! And I will be going back and spending money there. Good customer service, friendly employees, and honesty are all traits that I hold close in my list of what I look for for a location to do repetitive business with.

AMAZING customer service, great quality and prices. The staff was so helpful, and assisted me in finding everything I needed for my weekend projects. The store was clean, and I got in and out fast. Between the help and being greeted as I came in the door, it really stuck with the hometown mentality. I don't think I'll be talking my business anywhere else, I trust TSC.

Like to commend Brittney on Saturday 2/13/2021 for going the extra mile to assist us locating a part over the telephone, and assuring that it was in the store before we made a trip to retrieve. Rare and exceptional customer service that deserves to be recognized!

This store is a great one! We buy my huskies food here and they have a ton of grain free options. They also gave me a call when one of my dogs escaped my backyard and wandered across the street into their store.

We went to this Tractor Supply store just to look at riding mowers. They had one that we really liked and Lorenzo made us an offer we could not walk away from. We asked if they would keep it at the store for us until I could take it and they did. We came back a week later and wanted the mulching blades put on. Jake helped us with that. He set up the installation and delivery for us. We live 22 miles from this store but we will be repeat customers. We are very happy customers!

I love this place! You never know what you will find. Today it was a giant tennis ball type toy for our granddog.

Our go-to place for more than a hardware store would have. Great for most livestock needs. Good service but sometimes under staffed but be patient and they will do their best to help.

I was provided excellent customer service by two of the managers. They made sure I was taken care of after an innocent employee error. I will definitely shop here again.

Love this store. Friendly staff and makes you feel like your at the store down from your grandpa's ranch. Always love just walking the asiles and usually leave with a bag of stuff I really didnt need.
