Great experience we went in for our passports and the two front desk ladies were awesome! We were all having a great time laughing and enjoying the great customer service and patience they had with us!

Went to do my son's passport application. Kamina was super helpful and a delight to work with today. Would highly recommend using this office and working with these staff over some of the others (especially Winston Salem - Hanes Mall Office).

Went to the Mocksville post office to send a certified letter. I have never sent certified mail previously, but the clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spent less than $8 sending a certified letter and for the signature response. It was a good experience. I have been to this post office several times, since it is in my hometown. I don't think anything has changed in 20 years, maybe longer.

We applied for my daughter's passport renewal here (from Huntersville, no local appointments). Despite my (maybe) better judgement I let the lady at the passport desk talk me out of expediting it, and was starting to sweat it as we got 14 days away from our travel date. But we did get it in time, no expediting, and I guess when she told me "Nobody has ever missed their trip through us" that's still true. Thanks!

Went in one time to drop some mail off and clerk convinced me to buy a sheet of muscle car stamps that I didn't need. But they looked cool on the stuff I mailed out later. So I guess everybody won.
