Best customer service. Easily able to contact any time we have an issue with a wash.

I have been to this car wash many times. The price is great and the services are superb. Not ever crowded, though they should be. Other washes around the area are more expensive with less options and busier, I don't get it.

I usually spend about 5 or 6 bucks washing my car. I noticed on my last credit card statement that I was charged 15 dollars when I know I was not there that long. I contacted the business to figure it out. I received a response within a day about the issue. Turns out I didn't push the stop button this time, so it was my fault. That didn't matter. I was still refunded the 10 dollar difference even though I made the mistake.

This is customer service at its finest. I recommend this car wash to everyone I know who cares for quality service at a great price.

Great car wash easy and convenient. I did have a $15 charge on cc. But after talking with the owner, I learned it was my fault for not pushing the "stop" button after I was finished with my wash. She was very gracious and reimbursed me the charge. I will definitely go back. Nice and clean!!!

Great car wash!! Had an issue with payment and the owner called me promptly to explain! Fyi, when you wash your car here it will show that it's pulling $15 but it will actually only pull for the time used. Have been using this wash for years and will continue to use this car wash! Best in town!!

This car wash is SO convenient since it takes credit cards and only charges you for time used. The trick with that is to make sure you hit the STOP button on the CREDIT CARD swiper thing, not just turning the car wash knob to stop! The owner is very friendly and will refund your card if you forget - just give her a call!

By far my favorite carwash! It's conveniently located. Great selection of product's to use at the manual wash bays. The automatic wash is great for when im in a hurry. The vacuums are never clogged, and the trash bins are never too full. Prices cannot be beat!

Tonya took care of me.. I originally left a bad review due to a $15 charge on my debit card for a $3 wash... Left Tonya a message and she called back and explained that its a pending $15 dollars and once it clears bank, it will only charge the original $3.. Very good comunication! Thank you for makining it right! I would recomend this car wash to friends and family..Great service! Happy with service!

Premier Car Wash is the best self service car wash in the area. Always clean and well-managed. I lost $2 in the machine recently and Tonya gave me a prompt refund. Great customer service!

I use this car wash often. Vaccuums work great. Not usually busy. Car wash is not over priced like other car washes in town. I come here often.

Excellent location and great options for keeping your vehicle in like new condition. Have been using this facility for the past 6 years. In all that time, I’ve only had one issue and it was immediately resolved. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

I believe this is the biggest and fanciest car wash in Pueblo so if you have a car that is not just a beat up Celica you might like to go here compared to other places.

Nice little car wash. They have a self cleaning station and vacuums. They also have a machine that will give you change in dollar coins.
