Northside Kitchen

This was our third visit to this restaurant and it was definitely our best! The restaurant upped its game with a more sophisticated menu, excellent food quality, and a nicer atmosphere (we appreciate the white tablecloths). We dined with friends and all four appetizers and entrees were delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive, and fun! Sadly, we were all too full for dessert this time. We look forward to dining at Northside Kitchen again next time we're in town.

Lovely breakfast where everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great. Tried the blueberry pancakes, French toast, yokel breakfast and eggs Benedict. Very large portions for everything. The owner was so kind and brought us donuts to try which were delicious and fluffy!

This place was great!!! They have the BEST donuts!!! Ok ok …we dined in and were able to sit where we wanted.

We ordered lattes and regular coffee. The mushroom toast, biscuits and gravy and the yokel breakfast. Everything was superb and flavorful but there was one downside and that was the hash browns they could have been way more crispier. I loved loved the biscuits and gravy and didn’t need to add anything to it.

The donuts ordered were…white donuts with rainbows sprinkles, two cronuts and apple fritter. Amazing just freaking amazing!!

I would recommend and come again.

We’ve been coming to Avon for 5 years any FINALLY had dinner at Northside Kitchen! The food was amazing. I had the Lobster Shrimp Risotto. It was sooo good! My husband had the Linguini Alfredo with the Filet. Don’t wait 5 years to experience NorthSide Kitchen, go now for dinner!

We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast here. Being a weekend, the place was packed and it appears it gets that way at other times. Plenty of seating but because it’s popular you may have to wait a little bit. The staff was very friendly and they hustle like crazy to get everyone’s order and food in a timely manner. They also sell donuts and other goodies if you don’t want a full breakfast. They have takeout meals as well as heat n eat items. Their wine selection is extensive and 5hey offer great cocktails. Parking fills quickly and you may need to park nearby. We found 5he wait worthwhile and will eat here again.

We always stop by while in town. Steve, the manager is great with kids and large families.
Food is delightful ! Don't forget to try the fresh trout from South Dakota. Also not pretentious with making last minute reservations. Breakfast also wonderful with a view of the mountains.

Great Thanksgiving meal, we had both the turkey and prime rib, with all the sides. The sliced veggies were my fav, the turkey was moist and the prime rib was excellent

Nice and cozy place in Avon, and a hidden gem! We finally got in last night and believe me, it did not disappoint. The staff was excellent, and attentive. Alina was our waitress and was very nice and gave us great recommendations. The food was incredible. My husband said that his steak entree was one of the best dishes he has ever had. I loved the tuna appetizer and French onion soup. Do not miss this one.

We ate dinner at Northside Kitchen on Christmas Day, and it was spectacular. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Would 10/10 recommend!

Delightful place close to Vail - the food selection is excellent and lots of vegetarian choices. The restaurant gladly accommodates dietary preferences.

Our host Dany was amazing - she made sure to understand our preferences and explained ingredients in specific dishes.

The restaurant also has a good selection of wines; they keep half-opened bottles nitrogen filled in a wine cooler; haven’t seen this attention to detail in many places. 🎉

The restaurant is a local gem! The best food in town! Did not disappoint! You should come eat here when visiting Avon. You will leave very full and extremely happy! The breakfast was increíble and the service was great. Such nice people and the portions were generous and delicious!

The Northside Kitchen is an outstanding restaurant that offers a top-notch dining experience. From the food to the service, this restaurant is a true gem.
Until now, I had only experienced the Northside Kitchen for breakfast and lunch which have always been excellent. Tonight we enjoyed a lovely dinner.
I had the prime rib, and it was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. My guests had the Salmon which was delicious.
If you're a wine lover, you'll appreciate their extensive wine list with a range of options available to complement your meal.
But it's not just the food and wine that make the Northside Kitchen a standout restaurant - the service is also excellent. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door.
All in all, if you're looking for a restaurant in Avon, Colorado, that delivers top-quality food, an extensive wine list, and friendly service, the Northside Kitchen should be at the top of your list.

Steve was a most considerate, attentive and gracious host. He made sure we were being taken care of (and we were) and thanked us for coming. We'll be back as haven't felt so appreciated in years.
Mario, our server, took care of everything and ensured multiple times we had everything as expected - SUPERB SERVICE!
Food was outstanding in portion, seasoning and freshness (they harvest their own garden for salads and vegetables.) Price was reasonable - prime rib and halibut were exceptional.

Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Nice place with great food.

Greeted by the GM, Brent, right when we walked in. Exceptional service. I have several food allergies (gluten, onion, garlic). They brought out complementary GF bread for me. Had the mixed salad and the NY strip special (they subbed the garlic mashed potatoes for fries). Quality of meat was excellent. Manager came by to check on us during the meal and I noticed him making the rounds. Great spot and will definitely be back!

Right next to a gas station, this place serves breakfast, donuts, as well as lunch and dinner. It has an extensive wine list and I believe you can buy bottles of wine there too.
The place had a Dennys feel to it but more upscale and with better food! it is located right next to a gas station right off of an I-70 exit in the Vail Valley.
Portions are generous so be warned!!
According to our waitress, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, the first plate they ever offered and one of their best sellers is the French toast. So I went ahead and ordered the s’mores French toast with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was super salty which was perfect because the scrambled eggs had no salt so when combined it was delicious! Eggs where fluffy and not running. The pancakes where delicious with chocolate syrup drizzled all over them and mini marshmallows too.
I bought three donuts which were on the bigger size. Think double what a Dunkin’ donut is. The three where delicious: glazed; walnuts and crunchy glazed (I don’t remember the actual name).
This place is a must.

Our family had a great dining experience at Northside. The waitress was kind, efficient, and helped to create a fun environment. Food tasted great and prices were affordable. Would recommend this restaurant to all wanting to give their pallets a night to remember.

Love this place! Great food, atmosphere and staff. I wish we had something like this in Florida. Having breakfast with a view of the mountains was worth it! Definitely try it!

Had a very spectacular, down home brunch at this favorite family spot. Everyone was having a great time… People were digging into huge plates hood, kids were excited to get their waffles and pancakes, all the adults were happy to drink giant bloody Mary’s and mimosas. We loved the giant portions of huevos rancheros (three over easy eggs, half a fresh avocado, fresh green chili), the smothered steak burrito, and biscuits and gravy side. Friendly service! Washed everything down with a croissant donut!
