Sink’s Jewelers did wonderful work for us! My wife’s ring lost its center stone. We were looking to replace/upgrade the stone and replace the setting to accommodate the larger diamond. All of the work was done in house which is a huge benefit you wouldn’t see with larger “big brand” stores.
We shopped around at several local places and Sink’s quote came in as the lowest by 20 dollars and ended up being 45 dollars less. This was not the deciding factor at all because a 50 dollar difference between highest and lowest barely registers when dealing with custom work like this. Every other store we went to (which were all quoting higher) offered “free resizing” or other “free” services. Sink gave a bulleted list of all expenses. Nothing was “free” yet they were still comparable and even slightly cheaper. I don’t blame these other stores for their practices but it feels deceptive to offer free services but up charge elsewhere to cover the difference. Ultimately the honesty in sales practices was the deciding factor for us with the options being so similar otherwise even though they were an extra 20 minute drive than other options. We are so glad we did!

Beautiful jewelry store! I needed a little pandora ring resized. The ring is sterling silver with crystals which I was worried would be difficult to work with. They said I would have it by the end of the week, but they had it ready the next day! Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I took my grandmother's engagement ring to get sized to use as my own engagement ring. The staff was very friendly and informative. They showed me where the prongs needed to be fixed. I was also made aware that sizing the ring to the size I needed could destroy the setting. I decided to repair the ring and not size it. When I went to pick up the ring I was amazed at the work. The ring was cleaned very well and the prongs looked original to the ring. I will definitely go back!

Looking down and seeing a diamond missing from your ring will put a pit in your stomach. Now, the decision of where to take it that you can trust and that won't cost a fortune. I ALWAYS look first to support my local businesses first. Sink Jewelers was my first choice in repairing my ring. They complete the repairs in house and in less than a week. I would encourage everyone to use Sink Jewelers. They really are the BEST around!

Found an old partner back in my life again. I had a ring damaged over 20 years ago which they fixed beautifully. Just recently found that same ring and several others no longer fit. They were able to resize that ring and a few others in excellent time. So glad their jeweler is on site and very professional in his work. Sink Jewelers is now working on a project for me. Looking to see the design they are creating. Thank you Sink Jewelers for the gift of being able to wear my wedding ring again!!!

Had my watch battery replaced by a battery "r us".They didn't put the back on properly and my watch got moisture in it, and the back fell off. Sink Jewelers repaired my watch with a good seal now. Sink Jewelers will always get my watch for battery replacement and without a doubt will get my business for any jewelry needs.

I have know Dan since we were in Grade School. He has always been a straight up and honest person.. my bride and I bought our wedding & engagement rings from his dad over 30 years ago (she still wears them) and will continue to make runs back to Sinks (not as often as my wife would prefer ;-) for all our fine Jewelry needs.

Wonderful little jewelry store hidden in the small town of Arcanum. Very honest and personable. They do great repair work, cleaning, resizing etc. Most of it done at their store. Fair priced and trustworthy. It's the only place I go to now to have jewelry work done. While you're in Arcanum check out the amazing general five & dime store across the street. They have everything!!!! If they don't have it then you didn't need it!

Dan and his staff went out of their way to help us get a set of earrings made to match a necklace our Dad had purchased for our Mom for Christmas. He unexpectedly passed away two weeks before Christmas and before he could purchase the earrings. We found the necklace and went into Sink's on the 20th and they had the earrings to us by Christmas Eve. We were very blessed to have such a great small town jeweler who understood how much it meant and made sure we able to make our Mom smile on Christmas Day with the beautiful gifts. Sink Jewelers is a wonderful place to get your jewelery! Dan Sink (the owner), Peggy, and Michelle all do a fabulous job of helping you find the perfect piece for yourself or someone special (for me it was my future wife). They are more than willing to help you stay within your budget and yet provide many different options to see which item best matches your taste! I will be returning to Sink Jewelers for all of my jewelery as they have great quality jewelry at an affordable price. Also, my father and mother have bought all of their jewelry from Sink's and the items have held up extremely well. Therefore, I know that they provide good quality jewelry that will last a lifetime! All in all, look no further than Sink's! If you don't see something in the store that satisfies you then ask for the websites of their distributors as they can get many pieces of jewelry in just for you to see! Always friendly and so helpful. I get my ring settings checked and cleaned every year there! Watch batteries changed. And I look over the jewelry while waiting!
