Generally easy walk. Trails are fairly easy to follow.

Usually quite muddy so plan accordingly.

Terrific bird viewing!

Beautiful place to hike or look for wildlife. It has a couple sections with water where you can find fish, turtles, and frogs. There is a bird viewing area, and you can find snakes in a lot of spots. Nice to visit any time of year. Definitely worth visiting

Great place for a hike or swim. Great views with lots of trails! There are small trails and ones that span one half that leads to the other (you have to cross a street or you can turn down another tail.) Do be aware of your heading you may get lost. While I was there I saw someone fishing so there's probably a nice bite as well!

These pictures were taken in early January. This is a diamond in the rough of hiking trails. I was not able to hike all of it due to the fact that the trails were relatively muddy, and my shoes were not proper for this occasion, but there seems to be a very beautiful spot to immerse yourself in nature, amidst the town of Clarence. We hope to come back in the summer when it's warmer and the plant life has blossomed again. There even appears to be sand next to the water.

Beautiful place for walking and fishing and enjoying the nature. Too dangerous to swim in the water there. Also if you follow Shisler Rd through the fields you will come up to an old service garage. See Google satellite map and look for it. Looks to be maybe from years ago for the Lancaster speedway. Some old oil wells also. Careful of the terrain through the fields and bees and lots of mosquitoes.

Really nice park, fun trails but be careful. If you go left then when you hit the road cross over to that path, it will be a extra 2-3 milies and will take you about 2 hours instead of 1.

Fairly large area with lots of trails on both sides of Tillman road. There is a small lake for fishing (no swimming). Quiet and peaceful.

Verry nice park and wildlife preserve. One of the better things of living out here in Clarence rather than the city of Buffalo. Has bike paths or you can just take a walk and sit in solitude to think and get away from it all on wooden park benches that are provided. We all need to do that now and then. That particular day that I went there a gust of wind blew up at about 70 miles an hour and blew my tote bag away and my mask away. A lady retrieved my bag, but I lost my mask. I hope they keep the park up for future generations........

Cool little wildlife management area. Great for birding with a mix of swamp, riparian, hardwood, and open scrub land. There's also some decent hiking trails, and fishing in a few ponds

If you have a dog, they will love it here. Great place for hiking and seeing wildlife. Some trails go a lot farther than you would think when you first enter. My lab loved going for a swim after her walks.

I stopped there this winter one day always heard about this place but the day I stopped it was really icy on the trails and I only had sneakers on so I did not walk much of it . But from what I did walk it was very nice found a pond that was frozen over all the trails seemed to be well taken care of . I will be stopping back this coming summer for another walk thru there.

Beautiful park, it is a wildlife reserve so the trails and ponds are not maintained very frequently but this is no issue to any true outdoorsman. Beautiful bluegill small mouth and large in all of the ponds. (Strongly recommend bobbers here)

Great place to run, especially right now. The reeds or whatever those 12 foot swamp weeds are create a tunnel to run through or walk which is fun.

Very nice, remote wildlife reserve. Long hikes through the woods with nice views. Can be wet in the fall and spring but does have a lot of small "bridges" would recommend visiting.

Nice walk if it is not buggy. I park just past where Wherle turns into Shishler. I usually go to the left and eventually you will come tillman road and if you cross you can continue the loop. Stay to the left the whole way around and you will end up back at your car. Alltrails app has a nice map.
