If you are concerned about sending your jewelry through Fed-x, do not worry I have never had any problems. If you do not like their offer, they will send back the pieces you do not want to sell. Those pieces arrive within 2 days after requesting them back. The offers that I accept, payment is in my bank the next day!! You will not find better prices for your jewelry anywhere else. I also like the fact I can email my concerns or gratitude to this business, knowing they will read and respond to them quickly. Love dealing with Demitri and John. They are great!! Honestly was a little worried about sending my things to someone on line that I have never met before. I am very glad that I took the chance a few years ago, they make it wicked simple and easy every time. I do a lot of clean outs and buy auction lots, so I accumulate a bunch of jewelry and what I can't sell or is broken I just throw in a jar until it gets a little full. I don't have to deal with the local gold guy that just makes you seem like a criminal because I am a middle aged male bringing in all this women's jewelry. Plus they take all my silver that I melt down myself because if not it takes up to much space witch makes it so much easier for me. so anyone thinking about it, just take my advice and give it a shot they are real haha. This company is amazing. I’ve used their services to sell goods on 2 occasions. They respond amazingly quickly. You are sent a kit with clear instructions on how to prepare your return and receive payment. They provide you with an Express label to mail the articles. Within a day I received a quote which I could accept or reject. If you aren’t happy with the amount offered they return the articles to you. I was pleased with both quotes of over $300.

When I received the offer via email next day I called and requested to speak to the rep directly and he went over in detail every item I had sent to sell and clearly explained the calculation to me. Sent in a single 14k gold ring. Dwt was I think possibly 2.9 and got $102 for it. They processed it quickly. Only down side is the payment takes 24-48 hours to direct deposit. Not too happy about that but overall good pricing on just a single ring.
