Amazing service. I was in town for work and the handle of my suitcase broke. I needed a really small screw, so I wandered in. They graciously helped me find the screw and fix the handle. Besides the hardware portion of the store, they have a lot of cute items including Melissa and Doug toys, Geometry hand towels and a lot more! I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in town.

First class service. People in Alliance complain that there are not local businesses.. shop at the local places so you have them when you need them.. Great news this place is easy to support great prices with a smile.. get over there and shop. They are your neighbor!!!! Ready for you

This place is loaded with goodies. I like to go to look for special gifts for my friends.

I LIKE THAT THEY HAVE YARN I CAN'T ALWAYS GET TO THE OTHER STORES BECAUSE OF MY EYESIGHT I'M LOW VISION DON'T DRIVE BECAUSE OF IT. SO IT WORKS FOR ME.

Greg and Lisa are beyond helpful. They have a great staff in place and are very knowledgeable. If they dont have it, they can get it. Our little community is very grateful they have invested in us! Their new building is terrific, and the expanded product selection is just what we needed! I cant wait to see what "Carters" has in store for us next!

If I could give these good folks a higher rating, I would!! I had my oven burn out on Thursday night. Friday after work, I stopped into Carters found a range, price very comparable to Menards and/or Home Depot ~maybe a hair more, nothing serious. Nonetheless, I got to the store at 3:30pm made my selection and it was delivered by 5:30pm (and they took the old one)! I wouldn't get that service from Home Depot or Menards even if they were here in town! My compliments! You good folks set the bar high!!

We went in to find a specific crochet hook and some crochet thread. We were able to find it immediately. It was exactly what we needed! Our service was excellent! We were even greeted outside by the owner of the store!

If they don't have a solution for my problem they will manufacture one as I watch in awe. The staff are amazing, they carry delicious soda, and won't charge you an arm/leg/first born for what you need 10/10 will shop again

Got a gallon of paint that he matched perfectly!! And carried it to my car. So helpful!! Especially because I had my two kids 1 and 3.

Got some sample paint for a diy wooden doll house im working on. It's a hardware store and then some. Garden supplies, paint, decorations, appliances. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Will return.
