AT&T Store

AT&T put my phone as being stolen instead of my daughter and after two months and 10 calls it did not get resolved until I saw Jackson at the Augusta store. He deserves a raise AT&T because you were about to lose me as a customer. Thank you for your fast work!!!

Excellent service !! Have been here in person many times. Can promise you excellent service. The store does get busy at times but the staff does their best to work with this. Do not take negative reviews. Give the benefit of the doubt and go in for yourself!

Jackson was patient and helpful. I stopped in on my way to drive to South Carolina and needed assistance. He made it a very seamless process in what was (for me personally) a very difficult day. He jumped right up to assist me when I walked in the door and I am very appreciative of his help

Was assisted by nick not only was he extremely knowledgeable about everything he spoke about. He was friendly, polite, and respectful. It was an absolute joy learning from him. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in quite some time.

We went to the Augusta, Maine store tonight and we received the ABSOLUTE BEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EVER GOTTEN FROM THE STORE MANAGER, AMANDA.....She was professional, courteous, patient, kind and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Amanda had to make several phone calls on my behalf and she had no problem making those calls. She had the answer to EVERY SINGLE question that we asked and she was very fluent in product knowledge. At&t is VERY VERY FORTUNATE to have such an AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE manager like Amanda. We own a business in the area and if we could find employees like Amanda, we would be EXTREMELY EXTREMELY GRATEFUL and BLESSED. Her professionalism and patience is impeccable as well as her friendliness and her willingness to help. Overall, I give this experience a 5 star rating!!!!!

Visited this store on New Years Eve with only 50 minutes to spare before closing. An employee’s worst nightmare!! Yet, due to my profession in healthcare, it was my only option.

I cannot thank Nick enough for taking care of EVERYTHING I needed. New phone, adding more family members to the new account, data transfer, etc.
He not only answered ALL of our questions but did so in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. Such a GREAT experience and never once tried to rush us out the door. I will be back and will telling ALL my friends and family.

Jackson in the Augusta Maine location was so incredibly helpful and patient with us. He took the time to explain our new phone and bill and was so thorough. He is amazing!!

To my arrival, I was greeted by both Nick and Jayden. These two managed to help me very quickly and with quality care. They got me the line I wanted, as well as a brand new phone!

Out of all the cell phone providers that I have experienced the Augusta AT&T has been the most friendly and helpful. All have been great and Kyle was very helpful today.

Amanda is absolutely AWESOME! Was having issues figuring out my new phone amongst a couple other things & she took the time to get me acclimated. Store is as clean & nice as as they come as well. Totally recommend Amanda & her store in Augusta. If you don't go see her you're missing out!

Although the wait was long, it was understandable since one guy was working at the time before a second came in to help everyone out. I got my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra set up after switching from Verizon and the transfer process took 10 minutes. They hooked me up with accessories and helped put a screen protector and case on my new phone. Thanks guys!

Nick was beyond amazing. He was working alone the day after Christmas and multitasked multiple customers and was professional and friendly! We upgraded 4 phones and he was so helpful. Highly recommend this location and nick .
