Terry is an amazing manager, the store was spotless and his team members Giselle and Braiden was awesome as well!! tThey work good as a team and helped everyone who came through the door!! This is the best location in Amarillo and I will be back!!

The only reason I visit this store is for the amazing service from Miss. Dodge! She always makes visits a breeze I never feel rushed and she always answers all of my questions as well as helps with any concerns. Thank you again Ma’am!

I liked it today because there was not a wait or l9ng l8ne at the pharmacy,but,yesterday I went to pick up my daughter's prescriptions,and even though the doctor called them all in at the same time,we had to wait over 30 minutes because 2 of them were not ready.and my daughter had just left the hospital and she was wearing oxygen in the store. That was a hard trip for her.

Having to jump through hoops with your auto attendant to get to a human in the pharmacy was ridiculous. 9pFinally got a human and she wouldn’t take my insurance info. Bring when I pick up RX. I was just trying to get this ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait so long when I picked up. Every other pharmacy I have used has a direct pharmacy line where you can order refills, check status and an option to speak to the pharmacy department. Pretty sure I am not the only one to feel frustrated. I feel for the elderly patient who has to navigate this ridiculous feature. Walgreens, put the customer first in your “ customer service”.

First time i went to the pharmacy the lady was very polite, 2nd time i went to the pharmacy the pharmacist practically threw my bag at me (cultural differences i guess) 3rd time diasater!!! Called in 2 prescriptions, 1 wasnt filled, other wrong quantity and price. Then listened to the pharmacist cashier talk for 5 mins on how the Dr should write the prescription. Highly thinking about changing my pharmacy...dont want this issues everytime i go!!!!

Horrible service at the drive through. If there are cars ahead of you be ready to wait while everyone sits and gets their orders filled instead of just submitting them and coming back around to pick them up. Sat in line over an hr waiting on 3 cars ahead of me.
