The ladies were so helpful after I did a change of address in another town and never got any mail to my new place. Come to find out it didn't show a change of address had been done! They fixed it right up.

Didn't seem too busy in the parking lot despite Google's indication. The mail drop off is on N Reynolds between 2nd and 3rd Street. Google will take you to the front of the building but if you keep going just a bit, you'll see it. Small "lane" to drop off but if it isn't too busy then it should be ok.

I made several attempts to retrieve mail and still didn't get it back. No tesponse

This post office is genuinely terrible they NEVER answer their phones and have poor customer service. They SUCK! Absolutely TERRIBLE

There is a lady there that just seems so miserable and has a HORRIBLE attitude. I've dealt with her a few times and have given her the benefit of the doubt, but it's ALWAYS the same attitude. Lady is working in the AC while the others are in this heat delivering mail. You'd think she'd be in a great mood. It's just getting really annoying.

I guess your mail route carriers for the San Diego area have no sense of direction, not knowing EAST FROM WEST 2nd time yall leave my mail at a different address im not trying to pick up a felony charge here just to find MAIL THATS SUPPOSED TO BE LEFT AT MY ADDRESS!!!!! IDK IF YOUR HVNG A BAD DAY OR WHATS THE PROBLEM BUT FIX IT, STUDY A MAP

My package has been in “pre-shipment” since 7-10-22 and it is now 7-24-22. It’s 1st class mail. Is it lost? Stolen?! Like come on now.

They sent 2 not one but 2 of my packages to the wrong address and have the audacity to tell me “well they said they are delivered there is NOTHING we can do.”

I’m pretty sure if they were out $80 they would do something about it.

What’s even better is this is not the first time it’s happened.

Jennifer according to her she’s the “post master” was very sarcastic & rude!!! It’s sad cause if that’s her position she has no business there!!!! Treat & talk to your customers better!!!! Leave your problems at home & don’t take it out on your customers!!!!

POST OFFICE PIRATES!!! Our postman/postwoman often steals our amazon packages. I've called 10 times (not exagerating) about these contiuous thefts to no avail or justice. I've also informed Amazon about using UPS instead to forgo having to refund me so often just because my mail delivery drivers are stealing my items. For extra fun, these post office pirates deliver my boxes torn open, even if all is there, just to see if they're interested in taking other things. They usually pass on vitamin pills, but take the more expensive items. The Alice post office takes my report and does absolutely NOTHING about it. I'll be moving soon and won't have to deal with this nonsense anymore.

Bad service everytime I call the lady whom answers is very rude and disrespectful also they never have given me the information I call for in the first place. 0 star rating
